9Worst service, came for settlement keys and was told they didn’t have them. After back and forth they finally decided to look and had them.
I would not recommend this company for anyone to sell their property with.
Pathetic customer service! Their objective is not to get the best results for the landowners, rather best results for their mates looking to buy properties!
Appalling lack of service, complete disregard to the sales campaign. Poor communication, received no respect from the people I entrusted with an important sale at a difficult period in my life. NEVER again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Having been advised that Colliers Melbourne were the most suitable agency to list our commercial property with, we proceeded to do so. Previously and during our listing Chris Ling was our main point of contact. They failed to recognise non genuine enquires, lacked cohesion in communication between themselves and Chris Ling left the organisation and joined McDonald’s property acquisition during the campaign. No advice being received from Colliers.advising changes. A case of larger is not always the best option and in fact complacency can be a result with higher costs overall.
Some agents are really unprofessional, don’t want to answer your call and never call back. Not recommend this agency especially Chadstone office.

It's not every day A grade tennant's come along, cashed up with a team ready to commence build out on signing - so you would think they would jump at it. Really poor form.

Just completely unreliable. Numerous online enquiries and still no response. Received a call after an assertive enquiry, said would send details of one particular commercial property. Needless to say, the details never arrived. What a shame such an incompetent duo (these two faces appear on most colliers ads) have such a large portion of the CBD commercial property management market.
Whether you are selling or purchasing commercial property in Melbourne, I highly recommend Chris Ling of Colliers. He is by far one of the best commercial agents that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I look forward to many deals in the future Chris.
