24I love Sophia’s Pilates classes. They’re challenging and empowering and I feel really well taken care of and supported. She’s got such a great nature and level of experience and the overall atmosphere of the room is great! Highly recommend
I have attends pregnancy Pilates at Collective Motion from 9 weeks to 39 weeks pregnant. I believe the classes have made a real difference to my pregnancy journey - keeping me active and feeling strong. With only four reformers in the class the instructors are able to pay attention to each attendees form and modify exercises as required for individual needs. The instructors are all very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I’m looking forward to attending the mums and bubs / postnatal classes after the arrival of my daughter!
I also had an osteo session with Nicki after experiencing back / rib pain at 38 weeks and experienced a speedy recovery from the session and the exercises / treatment Nicki recommended.
Loved my post natal classes here! The instructors were fantastic, I highly recommend this studio for pregnancy and post natal classes. They were cautious of my healing body and I felt strong again!
I attended the post natal Pilates class which was perfectly tailored for mum's returning to exercise and looking to gently start improving strength and flexibility. The small and personal class felt comfortable for any skill level. There were also modifications clearly explained for anyone wanting to push harder.
CMH's team has been wonderful) I have been taken bubs & moms and single classes with Indigo and she has been amazing, very supportive and motivates me in every single class
I started pregnancy pilates here during my second trimester. It's so nice having trainers that know pregnant bodies. They are always checking in to see how we're feeling and offer modifications to either increase or decrease intensity. I always look forward to my sessions, the studio is so inviting and relaxing. Best part of my week!
I have been attending Mums and Bubs Pilates and had such a positive experience. Indigo is absolutely amazing - knowledgeable, patient, and made the class enjoyable for both me and my little one. I was impressed with how the class was both challenging and modified for post-pregnancy bodies. I left feeling strong and energised, and can't wait to return for more classes!
I love attending prenatal classes here. There are only 4 attendees which makes in super personalised. The classes are designed to be pregnancy safe while making me feel like I have worked out. I look forward to them every week!
Absolutely recommend this studio to any pregnant women looking to stay active and healthy during their pregnancy! The instructors were knowledgeable and supportive, and the classes were tailored to meet the needs of expectant mothers. The studio was clean and well-equipped, and the small class sizes allowed for plenty of individual attention. Five stars!

I attended clinical classes with Fiona after recently having a baby. The tailored exercises were just what i needed to build my core strength up again. I now do mums and bubs pilates classes at collective motion with Indigo and love them! So much fun, just enough challenge and only 4 mums in the room so you get the support you need. Highly recommend the collective motion team. Thanks guys!
I have been attending the Pregnancy Pilates class weekly throughout my first Pregnancy. The team are so friendly, informative and approachable, they always address any pains I may have and modify the exercises accordingly. I look forward to the classes each week and I come out of each session feeling great! Can’t wait to try the Mums & Bubs class once my baby has arrived. Highly recommended!
Excellent Osteo treatment, have come back regularly for maintenance. Also have taken part in the small group pilates which I found well-run with great facilities and enjoyed Indigo’s classes
