Brilliant service and outstanding work on my watch which I had completely mangled the band and clasp. They took half a day to repair the watch and the cost was very reasonable. I’m very very impressed and grateful.

Well I went in looking for a new Rolex which they found me with out fuss, genuine people customer s must remember if you give respect one finds it’s returned, and they have been trading for decades, and I will with out doubt return in the future, and you will find that they have high integrity and it’s a testament to there business dealings Bernie

Most certainly not a bot - I’ve just never felt the need to write a review until now because of the experience I had in store.

I am an avid watch collector and the customer service provided was inexcusable. The other 1 star reviews speaks for itself - I’m happy I kept my money in my pocket.

Incredibly rude lady and dismissed my question about asking about the store and what watches they had available as I trying to make pleasant conversation finding what general brands they stocked or focused on. She snapped back at me saying “what do you want? ” “You should know what you want before coming in”
I responded that “if you don’t want to even talk to me, I will leave. ”
She apologised as I was walking out.
I said that “you have absolutely shocking service and me wanting to find out more about your business is an opportunity for you to actually sell to me”

The staff were rude and unhelpful, attempting to discuss the products was a tremendous feat. Absolutely appalling at the fact they judge purely on appearance. Will never think of purchasing the sought after product from this establishment!

Purchased a rolex warch from here for my husband. It was in perfect condition and service was impeccable. I would buy from them again and also recommend them for any online watch purchases.

I will not give a star if it allows me to.
Went to have my watch battery replaced in the morning and the guy didn’t put the back cap properly. I should have checked the back part but instead checked if it’s working or if it has any scratch on the face.
As a result of his negligence, the bottom bit/cap of the watch went missing by the tine I got home!
So my watch is now exposed where you can see all the mechanical work behind.
When I went back to Let them the know and if there could be a possibility where the guy could have forgotten to put the cap back altogether, the lady tried to push the blame back at me and said “we’ll, you should have check it therefore it’s NOT our fault! How RUDE! Instead of apologising or showing some empathy!
They are clearly LOUSY at what they are doing! How can you not put the back cap of the watch after changing the battery, for the cap to come off so easily?
It’s going to cost me a lot more money now as the retailer had to sent it to Europe to try and find a replacement cap for my watch!
Don’t bother going to them! If only I have known they have such bad reviews!

I have been buying watches and jewellery from Ron at Collections Fine Jewellery for over 30 years.

His products have always been reliable and the service just unbelievable. I have always found their pricing competitive, whenever I've bought really cheaply from someone else, I've always regretted it.

Ron and your team, keep up the great service.

Unhelpful, rude service which also appeared to be the standard. Also couldn't help me with my issue, was uninterested, yet the next jeweller helped me. Poor.
