Throughout the entire process, Mary constantly spoke over me and wouldn’t allow me to finish my sentences. I had to ask her to please listen and stop talking, and then she interrupted me time and time again. Despite asking numerous times about the cost, I was never told the hourly rate, just an estimate for if the case progressed to court. Overall a very unprofessional and unpleasant law firm to deal with during an already stressful time. Their responses to one star reviews further gives an insight into their inability to take on board feedback from their clients and they are unwilling to learn and grow.

Lan and Siradore were so helpful with my previous house purchase, we came across issues regarding the house and they had so much knowledge and explained everything so deeply. They were also so friendly and made a stressful time that little bit easier. Would highly recommend

We met with Siradore from Collards Solicitors yesterday to have some documents signed for a refinance. The paperwork we received for him to review were a bit of a shambles, but nothing was too much trouble for Siradore. He not only gave us his full time and attention, but also re-printed most of the important documents required for us, so that they were singe sided, a requirement that I wasn't aware of. He spent double the amount of time with us and only charged us what we were quoted - he was very professional, gave us detailed information that was easy to understand. I would definitely use this firm into the future.

Sarah assisted us in preparing our Wills and Power of Attorneys. It was done smoothly, quickly and professionally. We were very happy with the work done by her and her team and would be very happy to recommend them.
