Most Thursdays I hop past Colette to browse the new bags and purses that are on sale after I drop off my daughter to work. I have this love lady her name is Nikolina that always gives me amazing advice on what bags suit me and she knows what my style is! I always love the white bags and purses and Nikolina always lets me know if there's a deal or if its on sale so she really has helped me find very fancy bags for cheap prices!

When you go in store three times within a two hour period and staff are too busy to help as they are on their mobile phone. Stock on shelves with lots of empty gaps and colours missing. Knew what I wanted. Just get the "I don't care" vibe when staff are on their phone, behind the counter and body turned away wanting to help anyone. Very frustrating as it was a simple purchase I wanted to make but I guess not!

Extremly rude cutomer service closing time is supposed to be 5: 30 but the staff wants to close down by 4: 30 and wont let customers in the shop.

The store was about to close but a lovely employee by the name of Ellie (apologies if I spell it wrong) let me in to make a quick purchase which was so sweet! Outstanding customer service!

I hope i can give them negative points. So rude staff. They dont know how to deal with coustmers. Went to buy bag and jewellery. Because of rude staff did not bought anything. Will never go there.

Rude and unwelcoming staff. I was keeping an eye on my daughter but was made to feel really uncomfortable as the girl working there kept staring at us. The staff are not friendly with real attitudes. The staff need to learn basic customer service skills.

The lady staff is very intimidating. I was there for a good 45 minutes, never asked if I needed assistance and did not give a welcoming smile. Wonderful product but put off by that grumpy lady. Disappointing. 20 March
