13Good service, slightly costly, but sales girls after the sales never bother to put items in separate bags, reason all gets tangled like chains if you buy more, causing frustration to remove, oops!
The Sunday staff today were all so lovely and one young lady in particular was extra helpful and gave me the best customer service I've had in a long time. I unfortunately didn't catch her name. But have walked a happy customer.
I can't be anymore happier with my shopping experience at fountain gate's Colette. I was looking for a certain length necklace and Victoria was so helpful, went above and beyond fitting different chains for me until we found the perfect length!
I bought a bag for my wife and within 8 months of purchase it started falling apart and became unusable. I came to the fountain gate store, with the original purchase receipt, but they refused to honour my rights under the Australian consumer law, despite a sign on the counter specifying that they would. The Australian consumer law says that if a product develops a major flaw within the reasonable expected lifetime of the product then a consumer can get a refund or replacement from the retailer, and when we bought the bag we were assured that it would last for at least a year without any problems.
Good selection and they have alot of specials on older stock. Service is friendly and place is neat and clean
They have great bags, I have quite a few of their handbags. They last for ages and are great prices for the quality you get.
Be careful! Staff happy to NOT mention a refund but favour the words 'would you like to look around for something else? ' Once you're suggestively pushed to a gift card it's too late to say hey Why wasn't I offered a refund? The word refund is not mentioned as part of their selling technique.
Great sale on now, 30% off, brought 3 clutch purses, already got some great feedback, will go back again some really unusual and classic classy items. Teller slow computer? Cash register not working, not really sure what's going on, they have signs up 30%, then when you go to pay they ask for a email address to get the discount if you don't have a email then what? So they were writing all receipts which is good when you have a lot of people waiting for service. I would go again.
Happy when I found this store as I was in desperate need of a new wallet. Loads of handbags and wallets were scattered all over the store. Would of been nice if they had a section for just wallets. Needed help but the staff were too busy unpacking the boxes that was blocking the path and made sure they didn't make eye contact with you. Music was very loud which also made the shopping experience unpleasant. I walked out without purchasing anything and went a few stores down to Strandbags and purchased a lovely GUESS wallet.
Bought a bag & the zipper was buggered. I have to argue for my rights. Bad customer service. I've been a customer for long time. Now im not recommending Colette to anyone. Bad customer service put off a loyal customer.
Went into the store on the 7th jan 2018 around midday
Service was horrible.
I was there for 15 or 20 minutes and the whole time the 2 girls in the store were talking very loudly to each other about their weekend and their hair
There were quite a few people in the store and they didn't greet or offer help to anyone
Waited at the register for 5 minutes because they were both looking for something on the computer for 1 customer (only a 1 person job)
Once i did get served the girl didn't even apologise for the wait or ask me how i was
The product i bought was good but if i were a mystery shopper this store would have completely failed.
The employees at this store are very rude. My sister, my brother and I went into this store and we were looking at the jewelry and an employee comes up to my brother and rudely says "Hey, stop touching! " followed by then pushing him away from the jewelry and scaring him out of the store. First of all, no adult has the right to treat a 5 year old like that and I will never go to that store again.
