Every time when I go to overseas to see my mum, I buy a handbag from Colette because she really loves handbags. Next month I’m going back home so I went to buy a nice bag from Colette at craigieburn central 14th of September at about 2pm.while I was selecting a bag the lady who was working there came to me and said can you please leave because I need to go to the bathroom in a rude way I’m.very disappointed never ever go that shop again.

Rude customer service. They don’t care to greet you, show anything in store or help you anyway. I went yesterday and when I asked couple of questions that girl just ignored and kept doing what she was doing and didn’t bothered to even answer. I would give 0 rating or in negative if possible. Even giving 1 star is hurting me.

I went with my wife to change a gifted back. A staff member by the name Sarah was very rude to us and she refused to change or help us with our request. Also, she zero customer service skills as she refused to do anything and asked us to come when her manager on the shop!

I don't recommend the staff and store for anyone as they try to sell whatever they have and refuse to help after you buy anything from them. I heard thst few people been inthe same situation before!

I came in on Thursday night and the lady that served me I believe her name was Hiba was absolutely beautiful, had the best customer service. Would definitely recommend this store!

The staff is horrible horrible horrible. The management should really start hiring new team members if they want customers to come in.
There are lots of other options in the central rather than this horrid place.
