Went there for bags and found the staff was enthusiastic. She told every one there about their promotion with proper manner while busy on checking out for customers. I end up with 3 bags. Beautiful products and lovely staff.

Hi there i did go to this store to see if i can find a bag that i can use every day but i did find one i did buy this bag but when i went home to chevk the bag it did not have the extra strap that will come with the bag i think i have to return this bag and get my money back or try and see i can exchange the bag for somtthing else in the store that i hope they can do for me at this time and thanks for time

Team members were absolutely lovely, very quick to greet me and my mother when we entered the store. The store was tidy and we'll displayed.

Today we were looking for jewelry’s, l tried One earring n staff from counter told me u can’t try it n I apologize with her and put that earring back in same place where n how it was and my sister were trying to pay for necklaces and she told us we must have to buy that earring as well which one I was jus looking. I jus don’t get it why we have to must buy the stuff just for looking, she was rude so we bought that earring as well.poor customer service

I visit this place regularly, I really like the store. But today while paying for the purse I had a last minute confusion, so I told I need to change it. She threw the purse in front of me, I felt that act highly disrespectful. Please teach your staff how to behave properly. I had already paid so me trying to explain that act would not make sense. I actually wanted to leave the store and go.
