8You seriously need to retrain your staff in retail skills. I do not need to be constantly harassed and pinned in a corner while I look at a pair of earrings and asked the same question 3 times when I already answered “I’m looking for your Halloween earrings and browsing”. I was not left alone by the Indian worker and followed to every single stand. What is wrong with you?
Nice collection of ladies handbags and items, customer service was good. Prices will be good if you find a bargain.
Arrive to the store at 5.10pm to find it closed. Very disappointed. How wonderful to be in a large shopping centre where you can find so many other options
Was Colette at Highpoint at 0730pm today. Staffs were enjoying music at high volume. Very loud music. Crazy noise and uncomfortable. Can't talk with each other. I have requested to staff to down the volume but they refused. They said its not in there hand. Its management 's setup. They can't change. Can't shopping. Very much disappointed.
Received the worst customer service.from a team member and the manager on that day
They have no idea about the products they sell in there own store.had no clue what I was after.
Friendly staff, they are quite helpful even though service can be slow they go above and beyond to help you with what you're after.

Horrible customer service, mistreated by 2 employee's on 2 occasions, I will be avoiding this store from now on.
