Coles Woodgrove reviews
51Great customer service. Rita was very helpful with the gift cards this morning. Overall great staff and wonderful shopping experience.
Worst service… they got the wrong price for the item, according to the policy they should do the price match but refund at first and then when we asked again they make us to stand there for 15 mins, with our twin babies. As they were chatting around with the staff we know they would refuse. Yes, it happens they refused to reduce the price. I shop there from last 7 years that was the worst service I got and the staff actions were horrible.
For me its showing its age ive been going here on and off for 30+ years and by showing its age i mean its getting slightly crammed with stuff the aisles are smaller then a newer store.
Lots of stuff to choose from but sometimes out of stock in some items due to so many customers.
Convenient and has what you need from a supermarket. Seems a little disorganised but that may just be a different layout to my local Coles
Forcing people to use self checkout and getting annoyed when they don't to. Good on you Coles management. Definitely changing to aldi.
Changed a fair bit since I was a regular Customer. Hate to say it but there is a noticeable increase of laziness, especially with the self serve trolley section. I was literally told at another Store the person on duty at rhe self serve area's won't open too many because it means more work.
Felt horrible having to make someone serve me at the Main Register where the smokes ect are kept (Sorry to be a burden)
So many special's every thing you need here at Coles, the store is very big with lots of items to choose from
They don't use the stupid coin slot trolleys like Woolies does, it's very annoying when you don't have coins so you have to try awkwardly hold everything
Rude staff got accused of not paying for something I had. Won't be spending my money here ever again.
A great upgrade from before. It has a make your own coffee section near the entrance and a mochi/macarons pick'n'choose freezer, a much larger scooped 'n weigh section.
Not enough registers open, they are forcing people to use the selfserve checkouts, on Wednesday when I was there only 1 checkout was open and people were lined up to go through that one and not a lot using the new serve yourself checkouts, from what I have seen people want to be serviced. This is costing jobs, we should go back to the old days when there was customer service.
Big store in woodgrove Shopping centre. Recently rearranged the structure and well structured. Quite big centre
Today a blonde woman working on the express check-out gave me attitude for returning a substituted item.
Tell your staff to drop the attitude before starting work.
Where did all the nice workers go its all rood now and no one wants to serve you
must checkout ourselves most of the time even if you ask to get served its a straight no some people have children and can't do it all
The least you can do is have people serving customers with children since the prices are so high now you want us to do all the work aswell shamefull
The bakery bakes the best fresh bread & rolls especially their own version of pita bread fresh & warm. Great people and service
Lovely to walk around coles early.
I got lots of markdowns, especially since i usually doing my shopping online
This place never has anything I'm after in stock. Cat food or litter? Nope. Body wash? Nope. Popcorn? Nope.
Every single time I've been here, I've had to walk down to Woolies to get what I couldn't get at Coles. I now skip this place and go straight to Woolies.
After having done some changes in the store, I find it a little easier to find things compared to before.
