Coles Wodonga Plaza reviews
27It's a great place to eat and drink plenty of food and drinks and lots of different shops
Didn't have several "everyday" items and there was no one to ask. Disappointing.
Staff was unfriendly and rejected service without policy guidelines. We escalated to the store manager but there was no callbacks.
Since they got rid of there deli, I never go here anymore I avoid it because 9/10 I'm always getting some sort of meat from the deli.
And $8 or $7 for 200g packs of ham isn't it lol
Absolutely discusting.only 1 aisle open at a peak time of day.and this is meant to be the aisle for disabled people to access, NOT THE ONLY AISKE FOR EVERYONE TO USE! Plus the rude indian woman on service desk named Simi or something like that, deliberately turning her back on customers to avoid serving anyone. TIME TO GO TO ALDI, WHERE AT LEAST YOU EXPECT LESS SERVICE BECAUSE THE PRICES ARE CHEAP. BUT COLES SHOULDNT GET FULL PROCE FOR LESS AND LESS SERVICE
Happy to shop there compared to the other as better not over run no waiting. Staff are happier.
Great set up supermarket with good support stores nearby including Kmart. More thought should have gone into the centre parking area during design process.
No personal face-to-face Deli. These products were in packets and in limited variety. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The reason for no in store Deli is for another time.
Typical super market. Just got to do a search for what you want. It's nice & clean, checkout staff was as expected, nice & friendly.
Never enough check outs open and they seem to be driving people into the self serve. I waited at least 10 mins at the service desk.
It is just a supermarket now had I been Harris Farms I would have a lot to say Coles need to up their game
Overpriced everything. Do not buy cigs here. They stick $80 per ctn extra on, go to Smokemart in plaza.
Today I found the fruit & vegetables to be old & discolouring, snow peas, mushrooms, mangoes, spring onions, all been in cold storage too long. Lots of meat & chicken just on its use by date & the rest only a short few days to go. Some stock in freezers missing. Very disappointing.
I don't often consider leaving reviews for major chains like this, but I have to say Annie was very helpful and friendly. I've encountered her prior to today and found her helpful and friendly then, but today I needed a little more assistance, hence the review. Thankyou!
Good location, large Coles store, good range of products, clean looking store, plenty of parking above and below.
Poor customer service experience 7/09 around 13: 30 involving a female red-head member of staff.
Apparently shoppers are inconvenient to staff - after politely excusing myself I dared to pick up some steak in front of a shelf-stacker's trolley, all whilst socially distancing from the staff member herself. Queue glares and shaking heads. Would be nice if staff remembered that the reason the store is open is so that people can purchase items, and maybe they could try and develop some basic kindness and interpersonal skills.
So many have lost jobs due to this pandemic, maybe Coles need to consider bringing in some new workers and switching out some of the dead weight.
Started seeing Indian frozen stuffs like grated coconut, frozen okra, frozen green chillies, etc in frozen section,
Very frustrating today could get what I needed because all the greedy selfish people have depleted shelves
I was pleasantly surprised today when we wandered into Coles at the Wodonga Plaza. We were having a tyre repaired across the road at Tyrepower so decided to do some shopping there while we were waiting. The shop is huge and had everything I had on my list including a 6 pack of Kleenex toilet paper of which I was allowed one pack. I was more than pleased with that and checked out very happy indeed. I don't usually shop here but I was more than pleased and will shop here again. I spent a total of $84.
