Coles Wodonga reviews
33Friendly customer service. Helped me with self checkout when I had heavy bulk items. Made the process quicker and easier. Love coming here - clean and this store is the biggest in the Albury/Wodonga region
Good layout. Easy to get around. Prices are very expensive. Just finished our shopping and prices as still expensive. Must admit we use Aldi for our main shop. Don't know where the drop in meat prices is. That said the staff are very friendly
The Bakery Department in this store is appalling in its availability of products & its absolute lack of service to customers. The majority of the bread is not available until after well after 10.30am on most days. I visited today at 11am - no bakery bread at all on the shelves.
The arrogant young man behind the counter told me that there was no bread today because the baker had ”gone home early”
Woolworths seem to be able to have ALL their bakery bread on the shelves at 7.30am, so I will be shopping there in future
Nice spacious store. Easy to get to and get around. Has a reasonable range of cheeses and other European delicacies.
I like this place as it's very new with a huge variety of products. In particular the fruit and vegetable zone is spacious with excellent produce. Easy parking both open and covered.

Still a nice place to grocery shop, however, the good shopping experience can easily be spoiled. Rushed and rude deli staff wanted to reprimand me for pointing at the wrong fish fillets. Oops! My error and a chance for grumpy staff to swoop. The fillet I selected tossed angrily back into the chiller, could be the reason other fillets were in pieces. I'll be taking a wide berth next visit or simply purchase my deli needs elsewhere. Have a lovely day Madam.
Very big nice and clean. Also the location was perfect easy to find. We stayed in wodonga and found this very convenient to get quick snacks.
Amazingly kind and helpful staff!
Especially chic at self serve checkouts on Easter Sunday.
Thank you!
Hardly any stock on the shelves and only generic coles in quantity, won't be going back it always seems to not have stock
Theres an extremely rude indian woman at the registers name "simi" I watched her discriminate against a disabled person, all because they were walking too slow for her liking. So she walked off on them as soon as they finally arrived at the register, just turned her back on them and walked off! Then she came back with a rude attitude and sour look on her face, spoke to them like they meant nothing and as she scammed their groceries she litterally squashed. Carton off eggs sideways into a bag that clearly was over full, I wouldnt be at all surprised if the eggs are all broken! And this poor disabled gentleman looked like he was going to cry, she is nasty and rude!
Absolutely discusting! This piece of trash should be fired! It is not the first time I've seen her behave very rudely!
Fresh flat bread is to die for, make lovely wraps for all the family. Shop is new and modern, but do miss the old quant little store on High Street.
The car park is a nightmare not very well thought òut
Love the ease of getting around, friendly staff, have exceptional food items like the chickpeas from the Ord river area and their white beans. I'm a happy customer
Went to purchase bread at 12 noon Saturday. No bread available. WHY. I shop there weekly spend about on average $300.00 per week. The bananas are off And other vegetables. You tell me why I should buy on when you supply fruit and vegetables are off. Do I need to go on social media at all levels Advise me.

John

Helpful staff at entrance and in store to locate needs. Good ambienc just needs place to sit and have coffee someday. With Jesu Mary's icon Roma bless plague away.
Getting difficult to shop, home delivery and click and collect trolleys blocking aisles. Staff won"t move to allow you to shop.l had to go up the next aisle and come back down the aisle to get what I wanted a number of times. Not good
Coles, not a happy shopper.
Clean and spacious
Products are easy to find
A special shout out to the bakery team! I can't tell you how much I appreciate fresh bread on a Saturday morning for a delicious breakfast!
Very disappointing when shopping with my arm in a full sling trying to navigate around 10-15 staff stocking shelves and changes prices. Twice knocked into by staff and not one apology or offer of assistance. I won't be back.
It's a supermarket all pretty much the same. But today was very friendly staff. Found all that I was after fairly easily
They deliver to Corryong and the ladies that deliver are absolutely fantastic. I go into Wodonga weekly, so don't even need to get it delivered but staff that deliver are so great and go out of their way I will always use them. They have gotten so busy now which is great, as that means more delivery days. Please pass on to the Corryong delivery drivers my appreciation
A good place to shop however it would be nice to see the staff smile and be a bit more welcoming.
Nothing special about this store.
I wouldn't go out of my way to shop here. Other stores offer much the same.
