Coles Warringal Mall

Typical Coles. Not the newest but just fine. Parking underneath the mall is pretty good and the walk to the store is not too far. The mall feels safe even though it is quite old and seems to be struggling. The ALDI and Coles keep it going!

Good big store. Well stocked shelves. Lots of varieties of products. Attentive staff. Usually busy. Good bakery section. Quick service.
Good shop for quick or extended shopping.

Checkout staff are always helpful, but still can't get Coles minestrone soup, but you can at the other stores.

Disappointed with the new layout - gluten free options have been spread across the store. I'm assuming this is to let us people with coeliac disease have the option to see all the other products we can't eat or won't be purchasing. Poor customer experience, will be happily shopping at Woolworths.

Smaller variety than the larger Coles (Ivanhoe is only a cpl kms away, much larger store!)
For some reason, we've noticed the security guard following my son and I around of late. I've tried to approach him and ask if there's an issue- he ignores me and walks away. I'm not a thief. I'm a struggling single mum who takes her time looking for quality at bargain prices.

I don’t understand how this Coles is so sh! T considering that it is with in a reasonably wealthy area… The next closest one South in Ivanhoe is just as sh! T

I want to thank young Sienna who works at the self-checkout! She is always friendly, with bright smile and she can have many customers asking for assistance and she calmly helps everyone! Well-done Sienna!

Very clean coles. When arriving at the shopping centre, it was easy to find the coles. Directions and the display of coles was good. The selection of flowers and fresh produce was really nice. The staff were attentive and very friendly. Highly recommend this coles.

Really poor service not staff fault corporate model all profit no service. Leaving many elderly people to stand and wait to process groceries

Enough parking spaces, A BIG 'BUT'. Can you please improve network coverage at parking lot, OR just dont provide "Click and Collect". Cannot contact from there.

Dear Coles Warringal Shopping Mall thus oneself utilized a Coles Gift Card for $25 as the lovely lady whom goes by her name beings Lorraine who was such a beautiful lady with respect for oneself as helping the deposits economically for oneself saved almost $4 due too another gift card having $4 still credited so all in all a great morning with the utmost respect amongst hospitality thus rhetorically sentiments returned Lorraine as 2023 was apparent with our correspondence with one another's!

Where else can you go to find smoked salmon and a bunch of flowers reduced to a dollar? ! The vegan and vegetarian options were great too!

Freezer is absolutely well stacked and neatly layed out, spoke to the boy working freezer and stopped what he was doing to help straight away and have a chat, brilliant experience!

Lovely staff, the store is freezing in every area, staff have coats on at checkouts it's that cold.

Worst Coles in Australia. They close the self checkout 2 hours before the store actually closes so if you walk in at 8.01 to buy a packet of tic tacs you’ll most likely have to wait 20 minutes to be served.

Decent sized Coles with wide selection and helpful staff. Deli is very decent with fresh seafood which is convenient. Like all Coles stores the baked bread is the best out of all the big supermarkets and the Laurent sourdough varieties are simply wonderful.

They were out of Dilmah leaf tea. I'm not a bag lover. It wasn't urgent though nice to have a backup. Didn't have to speak to anyone, checkout robot behaved. In out quickly.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service! The staff have no idea of what offers are on. I understand that Coles specials change every week but they should at least have the courtesy of checking what’s on offer, before they accused my poor old mother of stealing. The manager was called in to verify the items purchased, nothing was stolen of course. The staff didn’t even have the decency to apologise. Very humiliating experience overall!
