I was in there today it has not changed except for all the new security features and has a lot of empty shelves today

Great Coles store BUT Coles prices have gone through the roof and this will be the last time I shop at any Coles.

$15 for a kg of mandarins and $4 for half a cabbage is not OK and I won't be giving you any of my money anymore.

Amazing, huge, so much variety, overwhelming, clean and modern, big fruit/veg/meat produce and bakery area.definitely check it out if you haven't.not everything is on sale and definitely can obtain certain items elsewhere.

Great local grocery store, plenty of parking, except Sunday, when Market uses railways carpark.

First of all you allow your employees to not wear gloves when there handling food which is beyond wrong I thought you were scared of the corona. Seems like to me you don’t know how germs work. And I get abused by people for not wearing a mask when I am not sick. But what your allowing your employe do so just makes me sick. You do don’t know where there hands have been. That’s all I gotta complain about

It's been closing at 9pm for going on 3 years now, half the cans I buy are bent out of shape, packing trolleys block half the isles during the day.
Used to be the best coles around, now it's closing early and stoke taking during the day.

There are now weighing and la be ling machines in various places. The idea seem to be to save time at checkout.
I hope someone has done sustainability analysis.

As I see these machines will print out hundreds, may be, thousands of labels daily and these labels will end up in land fill.
Also the current prices of weighing at check out is later less and the new system is paper (label) based.

Since renovations all selfserve unwelcoming and difficult to find items that are now limited. Access from carport also gone.

Like any other Coles, but you do have to drive thru the exit to Nepal Hwy, to find the rear parking spaces.

My favourite supermarket. Coles brand food tastes great and is a great price. Southland Coles is under renovation at the moment but I'm sure when it's done it will look great.

I like coles Southland. A big problem is always full of cars in the car park which is the path to walk into Coles. No enough car parking spots.

Renovations have made the store very hard to navigate. Disappointed that the side entrance is now staff only. Auto registers were performing badly and had bad weight sensors.

I don’t think this Coles needed another reno as it was perfect already. I do hope this new reno is way better than how it used to be. I’m hating the smaller aisles already.

How disappointing, still being renovated. 5.45pm Shelf stackers in every aisle, including palletts blocking trolleys. 2 staffed checkouts but plenty of policing spotters for the self serve bays. Almost as bad as qantas for customer service.

This store is being remodeled at the moment.

Coles Southland is under going another renovation, their has been some minor changes. Stock and fresh vegetables and meats are still readily available, just trying to find products is a bit of guessing as the aisles have been reshuffled.

A bit of a nightmare Coles, hard to find a lot of items, even staff didn't know which aisle was juice aisle!

Buyer beware. Bought 1 dozen eggs 700g. Didn't notice until today that I am cooking eggs. Some nasty people around. Someone substituted 2 700g eggs with what appears to be half the size eggs. Probably not the supermarkets fault but inspect what you buy. Supermarkets should also monitor.

Very big Coles, always so many products and I love shopping there. At the moment there are renovations which is difficult, but the plans for the new store look amazing!
