Coles Ocean Grove

Saturday morning 9am. One checkout open. Long queue.
Not good enough. Try treating people as human beings. Stop trying to force people into selfserve. Will not shop at this supermarket again.

Easy and convenient shopping, especially if on holidays in surrounding areas to save money on your groceries

Right on the main Street in Ocean Grove. Good size Coles with friendly service and parking right outside. Liquorland next door too.

One of the Big 2 supermarkets trying to keep prices lower, some items are cheaper but Aldi is thorn in the side

Needs a but of care and attention. On today's standards falls well short. Didn't have a number of items I needed. Quite an old fashioned supermarket. Hard to find things!

A bit congested but well organised. Parking was a bit hard due to many people arrived for holidays. But stocks are in plenty. Nearby restaurants and cafes around.

Parking is inadequate for the size of this supermarket, which shares parking with the rest of the shops along the Terrace in Ocean Grove.

Very busy today but self serve good in & out very quickly, noticed some prices have dropped, Coles have also reduced some prices

The manager is rude and the young staff just standing there doing nothing. The shelves are always empty! No one care about the customers!

Very outdated Coles but stocked quite well. As it is a very busy Coles in summer it should be updated and given more self serves.

This Coles has everything you need or want. I will have to say a but.they sold out of baby spinach. I had to use kale instead which was fine. Great friendly and helpful staff

Lovely service, terrible car park.too small to cater for the popularity of the actual shopping strip.

Usual Coles supermarket but a bigger one which is a pleasure to shop in. Ideal for this part of the coast. - you want for nothing if you run short so you don't need to keep a large supply on hand.

Stocking up with a few basics on way back to caravan park in Anglesea. Good service & range of produce

Worst coles I have every been to in terms of management. Did not let us purchase any gift cards even though they were on sale. Very disappointed especially at the manager who raised their voice at us.

Pretty disappointing. Staff more interested in talking to each other about their weekends than helping customers, whilst others kicks empty boxes to each other down the pasta aisle.

It's the fault of coles and it's regional manager from Melbourne that we're back in lockdown right now, good on ya you absolute heroes

This store needs to have a high ranking manager there at all time in this current situation to deal with the abusive customers towards the staff. After all management created this problem they should be there to deal with it, not leave it up to the staff on a lower pay grade

The staff are always courteous and helpful, and have a great knowledge of the items that the store stocks.

Exceptionally poor website design. Very difficult to bring up catalogue. Pass a Woolworths store on my way to ocean grove. Much simpler design, so naturally shop there. Would appreciate a more simpler design as I believe in competition, but can't be bothered with fooling around with the website.
