Coles Oakleigh

When me and my family where going to purchase groceries, me and my sister were at the Beauty section looking at makeup, when all of a sudden there was this security lady come towards us, at that time we thought nothing of it but to continue our shop, she continued to follow us and our ever step we felt very uncomfortable and worried about our safety, then we decided to tell our mum and explain the situation, she told us to ignore and continue our shop, but at that point we felt annoyed and we had enough of her treating us like that she had no right to follow us around the whole store until we finished our shopping then she had to inform he co- workers there for no absolute reason.at the end of the day I would recommend to the people that go to Coles in Oakleigh to stop continuing there visit.and I hope I have made myself very clear.

I went to Cole’s Friday morning I couldn’t find what I wanted I went to get out the lady where you go to pay by credit card give me dirty look because I didn’t purchase anything she said which way are you going I pointed to boom gate she pressed her remote to let me out Since they upgraded their security you’re intimidated by not purchasing anything when you pay by credit card they machine takes your photo it’s a joke security gone crazy

Very convenient place for groceries, coffee and a few clothes retails store. Woolly and
Coles are in one place. Plenty of car parks.

Do not order delivery if it’s coming from oakleigh. I have ordered delivery twice and both times were apparently delivered by a partner driver and never arrived. Even though I received a text saying groceries have been delivered, Cole’s don’t seem concerned about the whereabouts of the groceries? You have to wait on hold why they investigate. Perhaps they should investigate staff or partner drivers? Will not get delivery again if it’s from this store

Just another Coles supermarket, I don't shop here often but they seem to have everything you'd expect to find in a Coles supermarket.

Very poor service. I asked 2 staff members where I could locate serviettes, as I wasn't familiar with store on Monday night. One said his new just started the other sent me to the wrong isle. I get the concept of new staff but train them up to learn the store blue print rather than talking amongst themselves in isles. Shop at woollies

Trusted grocery store in Oakleigh. This one has all the items from groceries to electronic items.

Bad experience in almost EVERY SINGLE TIME. Those staff I meet just keep providing wrong information, pulling up their own rules and showing different attitudes in front of different colors of people. If you are Asians, avoid this coles unless you want to be treated in different way.

Coles has been our supermarket of choice for several years now but that doesn't mean we don't go elsewhere they have the majority of groceries that we buy unfortunately there are other items we just cannot get from them because they have stopped stocking those items that our family love so much so we go to IGA for those items.

Was looking for ladies summer pyjamas, but none in Coles or Woolworths. Boutique shops don't have any, Millers shut already at 5.00 p.m. Oh well. I'll try Brandon Park.

I am giving this rating only because there is no minus rating to be used. Disgraceful customer service and click and collect service. People with no proper people skills should not be allowed to work in customer service.

Always go to coles for my major shop. I find coles more economical. I'm able to accumulate points & cash them in when I'm ready.

Did once online pickup. Gave the wrong stuffs and only refund half of the price back to me. Very disappointed.

I use to work at this store, my department manager was unprofessional, it was a nightmare working at this coles, sometimes thought of complaing about him then thought it might cost him his job so I moved somewhere else.

Pathetic Coles store. They cancelled my >$300 delivery order night before it was due, with no explanation. Called the store for 10 minutes but no answer. I wish I wasn't zoned to this pathetic excuse for a store for delivery as there are much better ones out there. Go to Southland.

They sold my wife rotten Prawns we all became sick after that.
Be very carful with their fresh fish, don't buy if it has a strong smell

Seriously? Coles is Coles. Oakleigh is big, so has heaps of stuff.

I'm really disappointed with the NO HELP NO SERVICE in Coles. Women standing around talking in self serve checkout while I had a trolley load of shopping and no support whatsoever! 2 checkouts open with 6 people waiting at each checkout. Their job at self serve is purely and only see if anyone is stealing goods and everyone is paying 15c for bs plastic bags that they were meant to rid of years ago for our environment! Seriously Coles are money hungry crooks. Again zero customer service from 15 year old cheap labours I actually asked the young lady to help. Young employees no idea whatsoever!

A lot of products unavailable Almost all of the specials not available. Quality of fruit and vegetables has declined. Butcher still offers some good meat (You have to know your meat).
