Also another Coles that has a grubby exterior long wayvto go to get access to a ramp if you have a wheelchair you have to negate cars backing out not very safe

Friendly helpful staff and ample parking available usually.
Only issue is closing time is too early.

As always the staff members are always friendly, helpful and work so hard to keep the shelves stock and customers happy

After finishing my shop i went to go and pay at the registers and was confronted with a very difficult customer. I felt really bad for that poor girl on the register who had to deal with the rudeness of this awful customer. The girl on the register handled herself really well in the difficult situation and it’s unfair that staff at this establishment have to experience rudeness in the workplace like what i just witnessed. The customer was rude the whole time i was there she sighed as the generous worker packed her bags beautifully and she was barking orders like a dog. Its really unfair that customers like this still exist if i was the worker i would’ve smacked her silly. Thankyou to the coles workers for always being friendly and efficient and i hope you never have to deal with customers like those ever again.

A little lost in finding items as they have changed the store around. Otherwise good service as always!

Never had an issue with anything, except with finding a parking space during holiday periods. Other that that, great store

I wpuld like to say 5 stars however the international food section is lack lustre at best and the restock times are dismal. That being said the staff are always friendly and always helpful. The car park and taxi rink right out the front are always filled with empty trolleys. If Coles morwell increased their ranges of international cuisine I would give it 5 stars

I ordered click and collect. I was notified that order was ready to collect.
My husband went to pick it up.
After a FORTY MINUTE wait he finally received it with no apologies from the staff whatsoever and they even seemed annoyed. Disgusting service. Going back to Woolworths.

What can you say? It's a Coles supermarket just like the rest of them. The store is clean and tidy, well laid out with good quality produce.
Update: still about the same but fresh produce doesn't look to be as well stocked.
10/11/22 Fresh produce stock is certainly down, plenty of empty space in the displays.

Needs to be better with restocking there shelves always have stuff all favours milk on the shelves

I wanna like you Coles Morwell, but I've been going there for ages and will you please do something about the white noise coming from the speakers! I also don't like self serve. If I'm gonna serve myself, pay me. Open the damn checkouts.

Prices too expensive, especially for Coles brand cat food tins. It's a disgrace. There's no excuse as cat food doesn't come from Ukraine, and there are no more lockdowns.

Big shop today.had everything I needed.even the roast brisket. I'll be hoping into that for lunch.

I've been coming to this Coles for years. Excellent Customer service. Every Worker I talk to or ask for help is very friendly. Most People I have found that are rude at this place is the Customers not the Workers.

Self checkouts close when it's near or night time, unsure what time. Which is reasonable due to less Customers and cutting down on shoplifting.

Great variety of choices and bargains. I just don't like the recent increasing of pricing on a lot of things.

Great supermarket for Bogan watching, rivals Frankston and Cranbourne. If you love specials on Bogans like everyone would then this is the Coles for you. Last week's special was copious amounts of arse crack in the soft drink aisle.

The most efficient Coles I've been to, the staff are so friendly and will help with anything you need. All well run store.

I remember them building this store over 30 years ago so sad how old and unkempt it looks some street scape would look great.
