Coles Mornington-Tyabb Road

Brought a BBQ chicken today 6th Jan for lunch it was so overcooked it was virtually uneatable. Very disappointing won't be buying a BBQ chicken from Coles

They only keep one register open and they've installed these stupid barriers at the checkout. How incompetent can you get? I expect a discount if I'm going to be working as a bag packer

A great store to shop in with a really friendly and helpful staff. Thank you for your over and above assistance given to my wife who became unwell while shopping today which included driving her home with her shopping!

Big shout out to the fabulous staff Yesterday, as I was nearly finished my shopping I took a bit of turn by nearly collapsing in the shop, I asked for help and even while the shop was busy I was well cared for, to the point of being driven home with my shopping. So, I am truly grateful for the assistance going above and beyond. On another note this is my preferred grocery venue, always clean and staff very friendly. So big thank you

I was caught out by my banking app down.so my online banking and card not working. Shirley, Cameron and the team absolutely amazing, patient and encouraging, I followed their suggestions and managed to get cash, while they re-rang up my whole shop, held it for me, Thx heaps team for going the extra mile, a very grateful customer blsgs Sharon

This is the place where you can find a Adam Sandler look alike and see him push trollies around, great bloke tho.

New coles east big store great view of items fresh bread. Great deil cheese.and meats. Fresh produce. Great staff. Friendly. I've been with the store from. Day 1. It has the best team. The service girls are great. Great management.

My Mum needed to be served this week and there was nobody at the service area, a Woman asked her if she needed cigarettes as she was at the 12 items of less counter, she said no and was directed to a self serve, 75 and vision impaired (not obvious to the staff (and nobody to assist, it is beyond ridiculous. I was waiting out in the foyer as she should be able the shop independently?

Staff are great. But rocked up today Tuesday 31st Jan 2023 just after 9pm, closed. Until today, they'd been open until 10pm every night of the week. They're now mostly open until between 4;30 And 5: 30pm. This has been without warning to the public. I'm not sure if this is whatever entity "Home and Co. " is, having made a snap decision. Or if it's come through Coles upper management. Or if Home and Co is in part the same shareholders. Glad I didn't need sanitary pads or anything. But if this is because somebody doesn't like that it's not profitable to have to pay casual staff penalty rates after 8pm I'm going to spit chips. I mean, if there are any chips to be had to spit. Shout out to my people in the Deli (you know who you are), and the Butcher who copped it last year when they robbed him of his trade. End rant. But I'm not letting this go quietly. Look me up down at Wowee Zowee. If I'm not there anyone behind the bar will be able to tell you how to find me.

The friendliest staff I have ever experienced at a supermarket.
Every person is welcoming and smiling.
Always willing to have a chat to my toddler while I unpack all of my groceries.

The only reason it's not a 5 star is because of a common issue that sometimes there are 3 or 4 people lined up with trolleys full and no registers open.
And on a few occasions when I or someone else has asked to have a register open, we were told sorry no.and we can use the self serve conveyer belt option.

Personally with a toddler, it is difficult to watch him and also process a full trolley load.
And for the others, they were elderly and shouldn't have to pack their own bags.

Check the USE BY DATES. Bought some pate the other day online. When it arrived I found it was over three weeks out of date. Listeria is a common problem with products of this nature when past use by date. When I complained about it I was given a refund. That solves everything then. Hmm, not sure they take their resposibilities seriously at this store.

Very large supermarket, well stocked, staff are very helpful & polite always well stocked shelves, we like the new self serve belt checkouts ️great sunset views from the carpark a shout out to the staff members who are dressing up for their customers lovely Christmas spirit? ‍

Bit of a problem finding stuff as its not in the normal spots. I can't believe that the desert part is in the wholefoods isle, but the wholefoods are somewhere else. I find myself walking miles in this place just for two items. I realize that this is to make you buy more, but it's totally odd and a right pain.

Pretty mid overall. The cleaner with blond hair on the 1-10 shift (Boshua Jox) was the saving grace, he deserves to be put on the roster

A good place for shopping look for does specials there is always more than you think plus the staff are very friendly and helpful.

This is a good grocery shop to go & do your grocery shopping. I find the fruit always looks nice & fresh

Excellent range of goods. Nice wide aisles. Good lighting. Friendly cashier. A great supermarket.

Love shopping here the store seems bigger the aisles are nice and wide, the staff are very nice and friendly and you have more options for check outs. Never have trouble with parking either so that's a huge plus
