Coles Moonee Ponds

The dairy products they stock are always going out of date that day or the next day. So be careful to check the use by date of yoghurt, sour cream etc before buying it. I have been served by rude staff members at the checkout. One of them continually muttered under her breath the whole time. She dropped a carrot on the ground which broke in half and then told me I would need to get a new one myself. After this, the muttering intensified. If I go there I use self check out now to avoid these two workers. I actually have started going to the Woolworths a few streets over because the staff there are nicer and the products all have plenty of time left on their use by dates.

Great undercover free parking. Well laid out store with everything you require in store. Staff friendly. Plenty of self checkouts as well as staffed checkouts.

Shop here if visiting my Son as he lives nearby. This Coles had a big renovation a year or two ago and is a " excellent " example of the "New" type of Coles now. Very good to shop there.

Since the Coles here has upgraded it's a great place to shop.well set out, staff here are pretty good, and the range of products in some cases better than Woolworths

It was okay but the hopefully customer can be nice and friendly to customers. I like their opening hours, very convenient to us who are very busy during the day

The best Coles in Melbourne! Seems to be twice the size of a normal coles but always stocked and easy to get around. Plenty of checkouts, whether staffed, self scan or even new styled conveyor belt checkout. Glad this one is our new local.

Great product variety! Love the pasta section with different fresh pastas, cheese and sauce options. Includes a Roll'd inside - handy to grab a quick lunch!

Nice lay out, very clean. Lined up at a self service checkout with conveyor belt by mistake.but other then there being more self serve checkouts then manned checkouts. Pretty decent store.

After the renovations this is a great store. Still wish some products were available that Woolworths has.

I mean, it’s a Coles supermarket. It’s relatively small compared to other Coles but at the same time, it’s big enough to do your weekly grocery shop. It’s one of the recently renovated ones with the shiny new fridges and fancy produce section but I’m not easily swayed by shiny things. I don’t know that there’s more than I can say.

One of the best coles I’ve visited. Got balanced meal area promotes healthy dietary. A bit like the American supermarket. Really like the style. It was around 9pm when I visited the place, so no staff assistance for checkout I had to do it myself but other than that it’s great.

Such a great Coles, the store layout is neat and clear, product presentation are top notch. I always go there for home grocery. Always has great deal and wide range of product variety

Easily the best Coles in Melbourne, and love the steps towards sustainability! Could do a little more but overall really good.

Been frequenting this coles for years, the new layout after the renovation looks great. The selection for cured meats, cheeses and antipasti is my favourite section.

Nicely laid out supermarket. Can do with a wider range of organics e.g. Vegetables, Italian olive oils and meats

They have a service to cut your veggies, ie pick some carrots, take to this service area and they can cut up for you in variety of ways, e.g. Slice, dice & more, for a charge. Would make healthy preparation easier.

You have to see this Coles to believe, very upmarket with a variety of services other Coles do not have. They have a large range of hot pre prepared meals.and this is definitely a flag ship store. Worth traveling to check it out.

It used to be my go to place to buy vegan cheese - there was a dedicated section with great vegan dairy products that none of the other supermarket has. I was so delighted coles finally thought about the vegan customers. Unfortunately thise section got removed and the range of vegan cheeses is nearly non-existent. So dissapointed: (Thats why 1 star. Otherwise coles is coles, a good supermarket.
