Clean supermarket with both step and ramp entries. Plenty of staff around and products on the shelves which was good to see. Staff were friendly.

Served by Lily today at 1pm. I told her the roast pork was on sale. Lily said that is the price that has come up. I said it is cheaper than that price. She reluctantly went and checked. She does not have a very good attitude, and did not display great customer service.

A definite decline in customer service, no greeting, no smiles, no enthusiasm in wanting to help.in other words cannot be bothered. And.either can I.
Is management so stressed, they can’t see their rude and disrespectful staff.

Hands down best coles in town.
Great store layout and most of the staff are great especially all the ones that do the self serve area

Could get all I wanted and no hold ups in and out on no time. Was same today easy to shop and self service good and staff girl there.

This is a smaller store with very narrow aisles and that is the reason for 4 stars. Good variety of stock available. Very quick at the self checkout. Good store for a quick shop.

A slightly smaller store, but still well stocked, easy to get a park, and fast to get in and out with your shopping. There is a convenient bottle shop on site as well.

Wont be buying farmed prawns again from Coles female farmed prawns have their eyes snipped of so they breed better (fact) barbaric act, you might say they only prawns but really do you think it's acceptable

The best frozen seafood i have brought for good friday. 15 satisfied people for lunch all agree.

Why do you use so many bags when shopping online?
There is absolutely no reason to put eggs in one coles bag, crackers in another, dried fruit in another.

Should your staff not have some environmental conscience?

It’s so frustrating, coles give sweet FA about the environment and only brought in coles better bags as a green washing attemp, and mow use 25 bags for 25 items as a money making scheme.

Coles, do better. The big fat cats making money at the top need their head examined when it comes to their plastic wastage, and staff should be filling bags when they safely can!

My only CONCERN is that there are NO SANITARY WIPES when you enter the store, to wipe down baskets.
This should be addressed with regard to COVID!

Great smaller store. It is a shame to see staff members not wearing face masks inside the store and customers not doing qr requirements. Other than that I would highly recommend.

On Saturday afternoon I required a rustic bread stick unfortunately they where sold out but with the assistances of a gentleman by the name of Berin he assured me if I could return to the bakery in ten minutes he would be able to get me one, to my surprise he located me half way down the store and presented me with a hot free rustic bread stick.
A customer could not ask for more, thank you Berin.

Loved it when I cued up for a fridge freezer and got ii in store the the next day.will not cue again

This is easily the worst supermarket I've experienced.
There's literally no product (especially fruit and vegetables) stocked.
The self serve aisles are usually closed and there's virtually no staff to accommodate the line up of customers.
It's like Coles have given up on improving anything about the store.
If there is one word to describe the store.it's sad.

By far the best supermarket. Great bakery too. Love the sourdough bread and rolls. Fruit is always the best. 3xcept for the bananas.what the hell is going on? Seems they all have disease now. Always helpful and kind staff. Thanks Coles. Unfortunately we moving to Portand and will be forced to shop at your competiters until you build a store here.
