The car park is appositely terrible and staff members arnt any better! Need to learn some basic people skills

Coles has a tidy range but could also use more front staff.
Can I heartily recommend their stuffed pastas, particularly beetroot and feta.

Great place to go shopping's for specials. Excellent parking and KFC or Hungry Jack's also. Great Fruit and Vege shop too

Great store. They have retained the deli department, unlike the central Geelong store. They are always well stocked, have an extensive bakery section, including indulgent sweet treats. Very friendly staff too.

Not too sure who is responsible for the recent landscaping at Coles Geelong West using loose stones but they have created dangerous walkways and tripping hazards and make the car park look very untidy. I've witnessed people slipping, tripping, and their trolleys stopping suddenly due to these stones. Surprised Coles hasn't been sued for injuries yet. Please have them removed and place a more appropriate landscape in an area where foot traffic is at a premium.

Options on what you can buy are limited.
Everything is nearly Coles branded.

Staff are nice enough but more times than not when I do click and collect items are missing from my order. First couple of times I gave them benefit of the doubt but it keeps happening to me

The last Coles I went to the chicken breasts gave me salmonella and I decided to come to this Coles after a few weeks of being unwell to re-purchase chicken breast for my chicken korma and there were no issues. I have full trust in this place with meat now. Will be returning.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but they were out of the toilet paper I wanted, only having expensive brands available.

Great friendly staff. Very clean store. Quick checkout service. However, lots of empty shelves due to stock availability issues. Possibly due to the covid supply issue related.

Coles West would gave been given 5 stars except that they've put pick and collect, parking, which is mostly empty. The 3 bays are under the only shade afforded in summer, right out the front door. Also in doing this, they've removed a disabled park and haven't replaced it. I was told by a manager that it was done without his awareness. Hmm! He said he'd complained, that there was a much more safe place for his workers but had had no answer.

Good experience shopping at Coles. The bakery is well presented ted with good snacks for the kids and the selection of meat is also pretty good. Great value for money. Gotta love Coles radio aswell.

Car park can be a nightmare! Be prepared for a scratch or two on your car.
Produce area nice and clean creating an overall inviting shopping experience.
The store needs an overall update, it does look very dated!
Staff are generally nice, however be prepared for a few team members with attitude!

Lots on my list they didn't have. They seem to be going the way of Aldi; less choice, mainly their own brand, promoting packing own groceries. Not inpressed

This place kind of looks a little run down. How ever the staff here are friendly and helpful and there is a certain pride in their work.

Convenient just up the road from my daughters place when I visit her as I don't know my way around Geelong and friendly, staff happy to tell me where things are

I shop here every week. Friendy and helpful staff. Lots of parking available. Ovr the road from Aldi, so convenient. Good deli and vege sections.
