I generally like Shell and always buy fuel from them. But I don’t understand why this store still didn’t fix their coffee machine. I have visited two separate times and coffee machine was not working at both times…
Top notch customer service! Young lad was quick to let me know that a selection of fresh bakery goods had arrived.
What a joke i was accused of stealing fuel from 2 weeks ago on the 12/9/2020 by the lady behind the counter i told her it wasn't me then she pulls out the paperwork and said that is your car you stole the fuel it wasn't until i pointed out that the rego wasn't even mine that she stoped accusing me and didn't even apologise get some training on how to deal with situations like this.
This is a 24 hour site with a smaller convienance store attached. It only sells 91 & 98 petrol along with diesel and gas. It has an ice freezer for ice sales. Note that Coles Electronic Gift Cards often do NOT work at Coles Express Sites.
To the 2 old grumpy women working on the Queens Birthday long weekend at 11am (10 June 2017) - please get another job if you don't like the one you have. You made my families visit miserable with your sour attitude and laziness. You just could not be bothered even cracking a smile or being a bit polite. And the state of the toilet was absolutely disgusting and you would have known this as you use the toilet as well. Never again. Will go down the road for a happier and cleaner servo.
This place was alright but it could have used a bit more like more petrol stations and a bit neater.
