Coles Express

Filled up my car and went in to pay and buy cigarettes. The older Indian man refused to sell them to me without ID (I'M 40!). Refused a photo of my lisence as I didn't have it on me. Total power tripper - he was also smiling smugly the whole time. I'll never be back not even for fuel.

The owner refused my request to use the toilet. Yes it was late night but it was cruel to refuse the request when every other place is closed.

Always friendly service. I stop there on the way to work most mornings for my coffee. Ruby is always a great person to see in the morning without a doubt. *****

Each time when paying for petrol they are pushing customers to buy chocolates. The chocolates are placed right next to cash register. Today the guy asked me twice if I wanted to buy chocolates. Really? If I wanted chocolates I would ask for one.

Great coffee. Friendly service. A bit short with my earlier review! I have been here often and find the customer service inside the store, courteous and friendly. Customer facilities available and easy access from available parking areas.

This is my local. Quick and easy. Staff are fantastic. Lots of other stores around too. New car park means parkings a breeze

Petrol at Carrum Downs Coles Express is
9 cents a litre more expensive than it is at
Karingal and Cranbourne, how can you explain that when Karingal is only 5 minutes away.

Nice poeple but racist and only hire indians. If your black they will allow you to pretend to be indian very strange.

Staff have a tendency to be anywhere but at the counter at night. Some staff close the store before 11pm. Other than that they are friendly and store is clean and well kept.

Terrible. Bad pricing. Bad service. Would rather keep driving to the nearest woolworths/caltex.

Beware. Don't waste your time going here. They are the most expensive petrol station. They never drop the price when it falls and are the first to put the price up. The fuel discount is a joke.
