The staff was so rude, very rude. She was impatient. And also very angry to explain the things. Nearly yelling to customer. I am feeling so bad and so scared. Really rude woman.
Was in a sticky situation with a gift card and was treated like dirt by the staff member that served me. It was obviously an error and there is no need to literally grunt at a customer when they ask you a simple question, couldn't even be bothered to help me find a solution!
I normally avoid this Coles petrol station if I can anyway because you only have one decent staff member who works there and it certainly wasn't the lady who served me today.
