Rude Cashier, I went there today on 9 August 2023 near about 12: 20pm and just on try to scan flybuys but cashier picked my flybuys in their hands in very rude manner like it is my job to scan it every time in perfect manner. And said in Hindi “aate hi sabse phle yahi kar liya karo na” (come and do it first of all), it’s like I gave them more work and they don’t want that I will come back and fill desel in my truck. Should i not come on daily basis.

Rude cashier (Syed) far more interested in chatting on his phone than serving customers. I understand it may be a boring job, but you have to give your attention to the people you are serving.

Today I went to this service station to fill up my truck. My truck has 80 litre tank. When I started filling the fuel, there was already number on display from someone who filled the diesel before me. I thought number will zero out once I start filling.

When I went inside to pay, they added up the charges of the customer before me and asked me to pay for 144 litres. I told them that my truck can’t even store 144litres it’s only 80 litre tank and politely asked them to check their system and remove the the charges for fuel filled by customer before me.

Staff member named Deepthi said that she has checked the cameras and no one else had filled from that pump before me and I will have to pay or she will call the cops. Deepthi was very rude and unprofessional. She refused to check cameras properly or show me the footage. Another staff member at the checkout agreed with me that it’s impossible to fill so much fuel in my truck.

I told her that it’s not even possible to fit so much fuel in my truck, to which she had no answer but kept on threatening to call the cops.
When I asked her to go ahead and call the cops, she made me wait for 1.5 hours (for which I won’t get paid from my employer as Im a contact worker). All this time she kept on arguing with me instead of checking cameras/system. After wasting all this time she asked me to call coles customer service. I believe she knew the truth and that’s why didn’t even call the cops.

How is it possible that she didn’t see anyone else filling the fuel on that pump and not paying. And why didn’t check the system
if it zeroed out or not after the last customer. She refused to show the cameras or actually call the cops, very dishonest person.

I will be following up with coles customer service in the meantime please beware when visiting this service station

Please service the customer a bit faster than what you currently do. Other than this gripe, the outlet is well managed and facilities are maintained well.

The acrid smell of BO. And the ignorance and obliviousness of the staff when it's mentioned is disgusting.

24 hours a day petrol station and convenience store; Coles car wash available; approximately 10 petrol pumps available as well as diesel tanks; friendly service. Very busy petrol station!

Large Cole Express Service Station, with McDonald's and Nandos on site, approx 16 fuel bowsers with multiple fuels including LPG. Also diesel bowsers for trucks. Also on-site is a 3 Bay car/ truck wash, and 1 automatic drive through wash. The only downside to this site is the entry and exit off 2 major roads can be difficult, especially during peak times.
