6 Inconsistent prepay rules.
I came to this petrol station despite the higher than usual prices previously because they didn't do any of that pre pay nonsense.
Now they make up rules as they go half way through filling up
Convenient location in the Western suburbs. Friendly staff too so that's a plus.
Says they close at 12am every night but the lady kicked me out saying they close at 11pm?
Petrol price extortion - I paid 40c per litre above the going rate of competitors 2min down the road

What do you do when a loyal customers car dies while getting patrol from your store? Commonsense is to help especially if it's a mom with 2 babies in 37 degree blazing heat.unfortunately This oppressive place offered me no help. This racist guy whose staff there just took one look at me and told the clerk lady not to help me. I really feel sorry him so much hate in him. Coles express you have lost a customer n I will make sure those I know don't come near you.after 35, minutes my babies suffering in the hot car n no help, the Kmart mechanic staff came to my rescue. I am truellyy grateful Kmart is there.thank you, there are still good people with hearts. Coles express shame on you for hiring racist yahud.
