Coles Express

Sign says masks mandatory but serving people without masks. Asked why that was and he said it's up to the police, and Coles manager said don't worry about it. Were doing the right thing Coles express does not care that's terrible!

Friendly staff & it has takeaway food & drinks & most of the time the tyre pump is operational (working)

My 8 years old son got disappointed because they dont have stikkiz and they didnt put out of order on pump where actually customer stop and when i approached to pay at counter their employee says its clearly says in store but not on pump. And its hard to explain kids.

My car wash ticket was expired and they did not change it I paid for 2 car washes for my vehicle ($14). When I went to use the second wash my voucher had expired by a couple of weeks. I went in to the store tonight and guy said sorry he was not authorised to issue another ticket! What the ripp off.it happen to me in other stores snd they changed it for me, not happy at all.

Terrible service, charged me twice because there terminal system is faulty. Blamed me for it and then refused to give a refund evem though I could prove they had taken the money out already.
Then passed me a number for customer care where no one was available.
Terrible customer service. Disgusting from such a big corporation, leaing me with no money well done.

I've compared other petrol in my car. My car runs super efficient on Shell from Coles Express.
