Customer service is ok, but gas pumps always put of service 3 times I have gone here and gas never in use.
The car wash damaged both my cars and they have deep scratches. Would not recommend anyone washing their car here. Rough brushes that will damage your cars!
Overcharged $10 petrol. I paid and checked the bowser, it was $20 NOT $30. Operator refused to refund even when I took photos of the bowser. I was given a phone number told to call tomorrow. I will add what happens.
Pump price doesn't match price board on street. Today ULP petrol here was over 50c more per litre than the BP diagonally across the intersection. Other Shell stations in the area are far more reasonably priced. Shop around.
Staff wouldn't listen to me when I tried to explain there was a problem with the bowser not allowing me to pre set how much fuel I wanted to put in & then not displaying how many litres did go in.ended up paying $20.05 instead of $20 because I wanted a copy of the receipt to show how many litres of fuel I got. Sounds petty.but I only just got this second hand car, so it was important first fuel I put in, that I know what's going on.not impressed.wondered what the man was going on about when he said I had to enter the amount, go in, pay for it, then go out & put the fuel in.that was prePAY. I was talking about preSET!
Rajan his name is! Wonder how these guys even run a service station without minimum common sense and poor customer service skills. Ffs, this guy named Rajan was probably the biggest a**e in whole Australia. Mate, you need to do customer service mate, not offending service. Never going back here
I purchased fuel from Coles Express in Frankston. The ignored me & I said "are you going to serve us or we'll walk out & not pay for fuel". He got up, took my money, no "thank you". Very rude person. I think name of that employee is NARESH. He really dont know how to talk with employees. I mention name Naresh (idiot) so that he realize how to talk with other customer's.
