7Staff member that works there in the mornings is horrible. Worst customer service from her. Will go elsewhere for my petrol.
Worst customer service. Waited 15 minutes for store manager to change coffee beans in coffee machine. Even after 15 minutes he did not change coffee bin. I left store without buying coffee. Very rude and incompetent for Customer service job. He is name was Ishak.
Not the friendliest. The place is spacious though so ample gap between cars during busy times. Convenient location.
Rude staff member. Won’t go back. The lady in afternoon shift it’s not to hard to smile. Also no reason to be rude to paying customers.
Tried to claim the Coles mini toys, the staff member took the receipt and threw it away then told us she had no minis left. We asked for the receipt back and she refused to give it to us.
