Worset customer service I have ever had at a service station. Team member is rude and she’s to busy talking to tge otger team member than serving customers

Very rude customer service. These ladies working at around 1 pm should receive some behavioural lessons.

I went to this store twice. Unfortunetly being seen by "Blonde" hair, middle age lady who was so rude. Her voice tune and body gesture was so bad and rude. I never have this kind of experience in other petrol station before and i find out that iam not the only customer who is complaint. She should just treat all customer with respect regardless what customer " race " and culture.
Hopefully Coles Express Management will take all this review seriusly because her attitude can provoke customer to act aggresive to her and Coles Xpress Management will lost more customer. I wont back to this store. Thanks

Terrible customer service! The woman Bron who worked this morning 8.30am (Tuesday 8 Feb 2022) should learn how to do her job! If you don't want to serve customers, don't work there! Should be trained again! Will not come back!

Ridiculous and rude staff. Actually there are 2 more shell station nearby with cheaper fuel price. No point to get there. I am serious.

This happened to Today's afternoon shift lady staff 2: 34 PM 5th of September 2021.

When I walked to the counter She glancing at me scornfully without saying any basic guest greetings. She asked me directly which bay of the fuel? I pointed out it is a silver car. I don't know the number.
Then she asked me again what number of the bay. I said it is a silver car at the very back.

I was a bit angry not for her asking me this question. I was angry for her discriminated voice. I can tell what she sounds like. This lady not very qualified for this position.

Be nice and patient to all the guests even when facing Asian, African and nonspeaking English guests.

Next time Id better choose opposite BP station.

That look-like-an-Indian lady attendant should be sacked. Abysmal customer service. Didn’t provide service when I needed it so badly.

Coles Express on either side of Springvale road at the junction of Ferntree Gully road. Larger one operates 24/7.

I go to this Coles Express regularly on my way to work. I've tried other places, but this is my favourite place to fill up with petrol and coffee. The staff are friendly but professional, and responsive when milk or coffee has run out, and it has to run out for someone. A very good experience.

Me and my daughter unfortunately had to witness one of the Coles express service attendant (Name: JIGAR) who was acting erratically towards another customer on the 4th of August 2018 around 2: 10pm. He even came out of the counter to hit the customer who was there to complain to the assistant manager about something. There will be adequate video evidence of this incident which Coles must review and sack this staff before he does more harm to a future customer. I will not be going to this service station as I don't feel safe.

Went there today to put fuel and over pumped I was just under $10 short and didn't have enough money on me. Luck y for me the lovely lady that was working there, Virginia.paid the difference out of her own pocket.how nice is that! I'll be sure to pay it forward. Thanks Virginia

Never had any issues with this station and staff are always friendly. Could do with a carwash though

Recommended for shopping but please note that more staff needed on tills as it takes ages to pass through cash registers.

Stopped there today to buy water and something cold for my kid who got sick in the car. Staff was very unfriendly with unreasonably nasty responses. I would recommend some training in customer service.
