After I scan my fly buys, they refuse to scan my voucher dockets and took it away.it’s unbelievable
Service is always good here but they only gave me $0.01 discount for 80L worth petrol with coles fuel docket. I thought the docket is entitle you to get c4 discount per L? I had similar experience from other Shell outlet. Always good to ask for recipt.
It seems the worker on pump is working for mount franklin water not for Coles. He did not have large Coles water bottle, when I asked him he redirected me to franklin, he did not have room temperature Coles small water bottle, when I asked him for it he redirected me franklin againt. He was too lazy to provide what costumer is asking for it.
