Super rude staff, weren't interested in the fact that the hand dryer in the bathrooms don't work

Only one of two coffee machines working this visit and a queue of people waiting. Last time both out of order. Price increased by 33 percent as well. Noted change of management. Won't bother stopping here in future as another Servo 20 minutes further on towards Melbourne with full service plus food and clean toilets.

They can take your money for cigarettes. They don't give you the product. Then when you request a refund the manager refuses. Avoid them.

Used a faulty pump, paid over $50 for no fuel, they made me fill up at another pump then put a do not use sign on the other pump then they got the repairer out 2 days later to fix it and still won't give me a refund.
Console operator even tried filling a mower tin and confirmed the pump wasn't working even though the $$ were clocking up.
No call backs, still chasing them, 16 different stories, still no word from the store manager, absolutely poor form!

Right and clean. Coffee or hot chocolate other than filling up gas tank.
Maccas and other little cafes are convenient. Grab a bite or pit stop for toilet break. Toilets are clean.

The facility and surrounding area very dirty floors and toilets needed a good clean, friendly McDonalds staff coffee great. Disappointing visit usually lovely and clean

Excellent multi-purpose outlet for sorts of items including food. Easily accessible to all the cars. Excellent ambience and very very good visibility. Easily accessible for all the wheelchair entrants. Good parking spaces for all the cars. Extremely helpful staff.

Poor Service
Purchased fuel and some drinks.
Rude staff behind the counter and least bothered.
Few promotional items were not on the shelf.

Queens Birthday Monday Holiday Was An Absolute Discrace How Heavy Vehicles Parking At Rear Was Inindated With Cars. Showing No Regard For Anyone Else But Themselves.

Be ok if cars would not park in the spots for trailers pulled in hard to get in with cars parked in these spots marked for cars with trailers.

Not happy with the customer service. I bought three drinks and fuel and forgot to get cash out at the same time. After the transaction went through I asked to get cash out because I forgot and then was told I had to buy something else or use the ATM which would cost $2! This was said in a really smart ass way that I was not impressed with! Never have I heard of Coles charging to get cash out, and the principal of I had just brought a full tank of fuel and a few drinks already I think was really unreasonable!

Big servo with all the best services. Coffee machine, slurpee machine and a big store in general. Attached to some fast food options and plenty of parking.

Great access from freeway (literally seconds). Petrol, snacks and all convenience store offerings (big range/variety of things for every requirement), and fantastic clean toilets. Petrol is about 5-10 cents more expensive than competitors.

Very well stocked for a convenience store, coffee is great value and I always find what I'm looking for. Friendly helpful staff and very close to the restrooms.

Handy access from the freeway. Large toilet block inside. Snacks, petrol and trucking CDs available to break the monotony.

This is one of the best road house type stop off's on a long drive toilets are sooo clean awesome choices and the coffee is good

Only stopped here once on a late night drive to use the toilet.
The forest wallpaper in the toilets make you feel like you're taking a dump in the bush
