This mature lady is not experienced, Gave wrong smokes, Could not understand a single word what she spoke. Coughing with no mask on, will be not going back

Today I went to coles express in Mulgrave and filled up my Tank.came inside the store and told its for number 6. Lady in name of Narvinder who served me insert number and never said the amount. “Normally every one does “ and I swipe my MC and took the recipt. As i had to go drop my dog to VET.while i was in VET I checked the recepit it was $34. I should have been charged more than.so i went back to same place after half hour and said you have charged me less.she said you said number 5 (not sure how can she remember that number after serving so many customers) lied again (trying to blame me for her mistake)
even I came there to pay extra money.she did not had any idea how to take extra or refund first and charge me again. I had to wait there finally and asked her colleague who also absolutely had no idea what she was doing and spoke in native language, The lady name was RAJneet (So called store manager) and she is not (again lying). Who was trying to hide Narvinder fault and bluntly said we do everything right. (. As these untrained professional should not be working there.

I had a really nasty experience at Coles gas station this morning.

I stopped at the gas station to get my breakfast and a staff named Rajneet was sorting out the food.

The food I was buying was still in tray, so I asked if I could take it from here, and she said,
“I WON’T LIFT THE TRAY TO TAKE OUT THE FOOD TO GET INJURED, SO TAKE IT FROM THE FRIDGE”

I understood what she was saying and was thinking about what to buy and she started repeating the same thing over and over again. (“I WON’T LIFT THE TRAY TO TAKE OUT THE FOOD TO GET INJURED, SO TAKE IT FROM THE FRIDGE”)
I started to feel bad and told her to stop because I understood enough, and while I was paying for the food, she started gossiping about me to other customers about things I hadn’t done.
And she sarcastically told me to have a good one to the end.
I don’t understand how she can treat customers like this while working in the hospitality industry.
This happened around 7: 50AM in the morning on 16/12/2022.

I always come here to get fuel or breakfast on my way to work.
But it was such a bad experience that I never want to come back and even I don’t want to use Coles anymore.

The lady named Manjula has basically no customer service skills. The only word from her mount is: “fuel“? No greeting at all.

People should stay at home when they're clearly sick and not engage in a customer service role at a petrol station. Yuck. Not coming back here again. Disgusting.

This is your standard service station. Fuel prices are not the best in the area but it is open when some of the others are closed.

Good store like all other coles express stores and has lot of pumps. But a busy place in evening and morning
