Large, easy access. Usually has fuel prices at the lower end of general market. One of the last to move when prices go up in the cycles.
Staff are quite friendly and helpful.
Pumps usually in good working order.
My only gripe is the car wash. It quite often is closed for maintenance or repair. Usually when I most need it. I’ve had to ask for a refund on my car wash voucher at least twice in the last year. Also the car vacuum cleaner has not been working for at least a month (one of them).

Please get your Air Pressure System Calibrated. This morning I inflated all of my tyres to a Pressure of 38 Psi and when I was finished it showed all very different figures on my TPMS inside my car. Not good at all. Very bad for customers, especially those who come here regularly.

I was very disappointed with my service today by Elizabeth (older lady). I picked up a packet Knife and fork (I needed a spoon but they didn’t have any on show) and started to walk over to the counter to ask if I could just purchase the knife and fork on its own, She yelled at me across the counter in front of 5 other customers and accused me of trying to walk out with the knife and fork. She then told me I needed to buy something from the store which again, I was happy to do if she had of listened to me from the start, so I started to look around and picked up a yoghurt. When I got to the counter with my wooden knife and fork and yoghurt she handed me a spoon and said you can take the knife and fork as well if you like now that you have purchased something, as she had just handed me a spoon. I have never been spoken to so rudely and belittled by someone in customer service before. Feeling very sorry for anyone that gets served by her.
The yogurt I picked up was priced $2.50 on the shelf. I was charged $3.50 and told her the tag said $2.50. She told me that was for another yoghurt but it wasn’t as I had read the tags and double checked. She argued with me on the price so I ended up just paying the extra dollar to get out of the store as it made me and my coworker very uncomfortable being inside the store.

I was very disappointed with my service today at this fuel station. The old lady around 60s 70s at the checkout was very rude, racist and unprofessional. When I tried to scan my Flybuys card (the barcode was on my phone), she said “wait”. But it was already scanned. Then she hit my phone and it hit the counter. She yelled “I told you to wait. You are getting someone else’s points. ” She hadn’t finished the previous business, but how could I know that she's still working on someone else's transaction as there wasn't any person Infront of me. So that's why I scanned my phone as I usually do. Whoever own this place remind your employees that they are the staff and they are here to serve their customers keeping aside their personal issues and opinions.

Stopped for petrol. Out of 3 people working there, only the younger man wore a surgical mask properly. Lots of customers without masks, too.
I walked straight back out.
If you can't do your bit to end this pandemic, why should I let my $$ support your business.

Be careful they sale expired medicine, i bought an expired panadol from them and the old manager at night refused to refund me, he was rude and racist

A lady approximately Idk 80 years old looks like she has a virus on her face was extremely rude and forceful. Let’s remind them they are staff and are there for us the customers to come purchase what we need pay and go. Servicing us with a smile and leaving their personal issues at home.

A 24 hour servo is pretty rare. Also toilets which I didn't need to use but just might one day. Another diesel pump would be handy. Would fill up here again if I was nearby and needed fuel.
