this is Ridiculous very Disappointing

Pulled in here at 915pm on 12/7/23so that my 3year old could use the bathroom. While i understand that it may not have a public bathroom one would have thought that they could have let us use the employee one like a decent human being, but no this is not the case.nor were we advised where we might find one. Thankfully a truck driver who witnessed this let me know about another servo up the road. Again yes they dont have "public bathroom" but i work in customer service and know that this guy has no place working in this industry. If i could give no stars i would.

Why your petrol price are always higher than other places around the area by atleast 9 cents per litre? If there is an increase, your store is the first to rise and the last to lower. Stop being so greedy!

Bad coffee, new machine are absolute disaster. Same burnt taste for latte and cappuccino. No difference.need to change machine. Wish 7/11 was nearby.

Sell expired sandwich last year, bad car wash on windy day.sell used swap n go gas this year! Never stop there again.

Really disappointing customer service! After filling up my car and walking into pay. No other customers in front of me. I was standing there for a good few minutes while the staff member was on her phone texting without acknowledging me. I then proceed to move forward towards the cashier. Staff member was still texting on her phone, slowly decided to raise her head and put her phone down take my payment. At no time did this staff member apologize to me for waiting patiently while she was on her phone. Once payment went through, NO "thank you and have a nice day". Really disappointing customer service!

The tyre pump is way off, I put 34psi in my car. Went to the mechanica few days after to check it was really 25psi.

Calibrate your machines

The man at counter crinkled the fuel offer in his palm without scanning it then asked me to pay. No other waiting customers at that time and that was not the only one time he does that. How can they hire such a mindless staff.
