Coles Coburg North reviews
49 This is the worst coles supermarket i have ever seen.
The shelves are complete garbage.
There were empty boxes on the ground.on the shelves
They never face their aisles.
They never care about customers shopping experience. There shelves are so messed up, there’s literally stuff from all the aisles in a single place and i had to dig in through the shelves to get stuff out.
Being a big company, have some budget to face your aisle.
Thank you
Usually great service at the deli, but today and although I was the only one I waited for a minute near the cheese section then walked further over the try and flag one of the two ladies putting stickers on boxes behind the counter near the small goods section. They both saw me but kept putting on the stickers. I called out to them and one looked up but kept putting the stickers on. It wasn’t until another assistant outside the deli section asked the two that a customer is still waiting but again the one that served me still had to put one more sticker on one more box. Very disappointing.
Great supermarket, a real shame Coles are closing their fresh butchers section though, will miss that.
Glad to report this store retained the butcher outlet, well done Coles!
One of the larger coles with a lot of fun random items I don't see in other coles. Carts and store is well maintained. Great bakery too.
Excellent shopping experience. There is a variety store, pharmacy, Kmart, kebab stores and trendy cafes. I would definitely come here again. All your needs are met under one roof!
Nice layout and selection of items. Creative thinking having self-serve coffee, freshly squeezed juice and even mochi, but honestly have never witnessed anyone buying them. Parking is a problem, making drivers impatient and aggressive- even leading some very abled-bodied people to park in the limited disabled spots. And staff don't clean the self-checkout systems enough.
Super store and produce, always has what's needed plus more. I tend to go in for a few things and end up leaving with a few bags full ️
Great store and plenty of parking
Would love to know why they thought storing mochi, gelato and macarons in the same freezer was a good idea. All three of those things require different temperatures for storage. The Coles is big and has a lot of variety, but is poorly thought out and filled with a significant amount of planning errors.
Big ticks for 1) electronic car parking availability. 2) Cleanliness 3) freshness of fruit/vege/meat 4) always well stocked 5) friendly and helpful staff
Fair they had cups on sale at $5.00 They scanned at $7- they didn't want too change the price
Normally very good good product's good service nice staff
Big, spacious store which has handled the covid restrictions very well. Checkout staff are always pleasant.
Coles Coburg North is a good supermarket to shop fresh food is excellent but the only problem is parking
Very hard to find a space
Look this is a great Coles with lots of fancy food and a huge range and a pleasant shopping experience but please, if the managers are reading this - turn up your fridges! Please! On two occasions now I have bought off cheese from the cheese section (yes I know cheese is supposed to have mould on it but there’s a point where you know it’s turned by smell and taste). Today I’m in bed with food poisoning from some prawns purchased from the deli. It’s the most likely culprit. I ate them on the day we bought them but they didn’t smell right, should have known better. So turn up your fridges please, off food is leaving a bad taste.
Nice little Coles shopping centre with afew other food options outside, parking can be a tad hectic at times.
Very nice coles, they have everything! Only one thing I didn’t like to buy coffee from coffee machine it only takes cards, don’t know why would u use your card for $2?
Great Coles store. One of the best. Only downside is the car park outside. It can be a nightmare.
The layout of this store is a cut above most of the other local options.
Store always seems well stocked and tidy. Fresh produce and health food sections are both huge which is great.
Never had issues with parking either, despite the fact the store can get quite busy.
A good well stocked Coles with plenty of staff. The car park has only two entryways and at busy times it is hard to get out.
Brought 3 packets of blackberries 2 of them packets had mold growing, very dissapointed. Not worth eating other pack after seeing this. I called 10 minutes before closing time and no answer.
Very well stocked coles, great vegan and vegetarian section, great deli. Parking can get a little bit hectic but there is street parking to the side of the store.
