Coles Coburg

Excellent customer service staff are very friendly and polite and really helpful with people me and my wife recommend a lot of people to go there coburg coles is better to go to, to do shopping not the one in Barkly square cause they are very rude to their customers

It is a mess in-store. Shelves light on in some areas, empty cartons left in shelves and range in some areas poor compared with a nearby competitor

Update: I was the only person in self checkout and needed assistance. The girl was way too busy on her phone to even acknowledge me. When she finally did, it was like I was inconveniencing her. Then when I said God bye, she didn't make eye contact or respond. Coles should have a policy of NO PHONES while on duty. It's just good business sense. Nothing changes at this Coles.

Old, tired and often doesn't have what you are after. There's a brand new BIG one on the other side of the carpark, tho it seems more expensive.

Very rude cold night time check out staff. Everytime i shop here, i walk out out with an unpleasant experience, absolute disgrace.

Some staff nice and some rude. Don't treat customers they are nothing. If we ask questions answers us nicely please and smile that's only thing we ask.sorry to say like this. Price to high. Safe way lower. Sorry.

The customer service at this sydney rd Coles is dissapointing. The checkout staff behave like bullies and offer no assistance when you ask.i find the staff arrogant, rude and loud. I see rats and pigeons inside all the time and is completely ignored. I believe the 4 and 5 stars are fake reviews. To the staff that pick their nose as they're serving customers, don't do that and grow up. I don't go this coles anymore.

These staff are troopers. I once saw a crazy guy try to burn the place down and they very calmy called the police and had security block the door.

She is the only person I have ever raised my voice at whilst they are working. She made things very difficult she should be fired had no business being in charge of any person what a disgrace!

Stay away from this Coles. Staff are rude, unless you don't care about that. But as soon as you walk in, you can feel the bad energy of this place.it's an eerie feeling, anxiety provoking i had a panic attack once in here. Then you have people standing outside the entrance asking you for money and being intimidating, and nothings done about it.

Trying to have shopping delivered. Every time slot says 'Cannot process'. Tried click and collect. Where is your collection point? Tried calling several times- no answer. Pretty poor.

Love the customer service and friendly Staff. A massive thank you to Glen the cashier you are a gun, no one can beat this mans customer service.
As for Deb I love seeing you in the mornings when I come in after work you brighten my day.

Great staff but store doesn't compare to other Coles in other locations for variety or visual display. The filthy entries from the front and rear is pretty disgraceful - the rear outside is littered with cigarette butts and rubbish. From the front the tiles are filthy.

I don't normally write reviews, but i just felt i had to this time around. No need for a long review here. I really don't like shopping at this supermarket on sydney rd. The checkout staff are moody rude lazy and a few a crazy and i'm not exaggerating. They don't seem to understand that people are different with different personalities. They are quick to judge and take a disliking to a customer for no apparent reason, and a few even hold a grudge and give you a hard time everytime your at the checkout. The management needs to hire normal people.

Very nice food to buy and other types of groceries you need, everything at low price and the people are very friendly.

I've been to a lot Coles supermarkets, i would have to say this one on Sydney rd coburg is the worst by far in terms of customer service. I was overcharged and i pointed that out to the checkout staff who made it out like it was my fault.this actually happens a lot. Unacceptable.most other staff here do the same thing. They try to blame the customer for their own mistake. Not recommended

Coles is always good, go any location they always give you good customer experience. I have bought the shares as well though its down

Dishevelled and dilapidated.empty shelves, cages of stock left in front of aisles. Carpark is a disgrace

Today I watched one of the personal shoppers drop a green bean on the floor, he picked it up and I thought he was going to put it in the bin, but nope, put it in the bag with the other beans and packed it for delivery.

The self-serve checkouts here are always closed, so you might as well be back in 2005. Why are they never open? Surely it’s better for everyone not to have to stand around for longer than necessary waiting to be served, and also have to interact with someone. Wouldn’t it be safer for your staff to have to serve less people?

This Coles is an average Coles, nothing special and quite old. The one in Coburg North is a lot better and has a lot more variety.
