Coles Chadstone

Disgraceful. I have got to say, it's a shame that there aren't any staff-operated checkouts at Cole’s Chadstone. To take away that human interaction and personal touch from your store is a poor look. I will no longer shop at Cole’s Chadstone.

Not one checkout. Was looking forward to new renovation and not worth returning to. Bakery and deli not yet open. I'll stick to Oakleigh and Aldi next door

I have been on the phone trying to call customer service for the past half an hour. I bought an item from coles chaddstone on Thursday and the item was meant to go off on the 29th of this month. Yet I go to open the refrigerated item and it is off and mouldy. Bought from the prepackaged deli items. Dolmades Mediterranean style. Not happy.

Jordan Caldwell used to work here when I did. He r@ped me after a Christmas work party. HR let him work their despite it, his friend bronwyn who still works there said I hugged him so i was lying about it not being consensual. Last i heard he was a spokesperson for coles head office. Pretty disgusting company and bunch of people that work here.
Easy to steal from too

Very friendly staff. Conveniently organised isles. Can navigate through isles seamlessly. Great deals too especially often half price. Comfortably situated in a corner of Chadstone the fashion capital

What a horrible customer service at customer service desk. Always shows a pathetic attitude. Hope they will use common sense sometime in their life to deal with people rather just being muppet of policies.

We bought 2 packs of meat at coles chadstone and they all smelly. My husband came back to get the refund and they refused to do that because based on some of the staffs, the meat was still ok to eat and the staff said if my husband wants to refund, he has to do it within 30mins. We live 25mins from coles chadstone. Horrible customer service. We end up throwing 2 packs in the bin.

Used to deliver to this place back in the late 2000's, and used to park next to it to deliver to Nandos. Don't miss it

Always consistently helpful friendly staff, well stocked shelves. I wish they'd stop changing the layout.then leaving old aisle signage up.

Check my pic, no canned fish where indicated at all. Can't see any fish here. Get your act together.signage MUST be changed when you relocate products at the time.

The fish moved aisles 5 weeks ago.sounds petty, but life's too short to go hunting for food, just because some bigwig who never does his own shopping, decided to change things around to make busy shoppers even more frazzled, especially with the ludicrous cost of goods, you should be making shoppers happy, not making them give 2 star review.

Not the floor staff's fault, they're just doing their jobs, following head office's mad idea.

It will be a directive from a bloated cashed up manager who's always had mummy or a wife or nanny to hunt and peck for groceries, never had to do it himself, so is unaware how changing store layout, just for the heck of it, wastes shopper's time.now, where's the canned tuna located?

Very rude to delivery drivers & takes more than 30 minutes to open the loading bay! Without our delivery none of them would have a job! Have some respect for delivery drivers! ALL YOUR JOBS DEPEND ON OUR DELIVERIES!

This is the message that has been sent to the Coles team as advised over Facebook messenger.

"Hi team,

Please see below the text message I had sent to the click and collect customer service number to which I had contacted once already when my husband had been waiting just under 20 minutes outside of the 2 hour collection timeframe.

Please note this excludes the times he had contacted the number to follow up where our order was.

“I just tried to call and my call was rejected.

I have not had a response from you even though I spoke to you at 6.38pm when you stated that you would contact me letting me know regarding delivery of the item you forget to pack.

Not only did you/your team forget an item (24 pack of water) you also packed almost 1 item per bag instead of placing all items into a single bag.

Firstly, If I have been charged for this, I expect a refund for the 2 bags.
Secondly, what an absolute waste of resources.
Additionally, my husband had to wait outside of the "rapid" window and was in the waiting bay for just under 20 minutes.

The service so far at Coles Chadstone has been less than satisfactory and I can't imagine Head Office where our usual Coles in Glen Iris would be pleased to hear about this, particularly that we pay for Coles Plus.

Seeing as this was done by your error, I expect an outcome for the timely delivery of the water at no charge to my home within the next hour. I would like this in writing so respond by message only. "

We are usually long term and happy customers of Coles Glen Iris. As this is our closest Coles, we are reluctant to stay personal customers and also withdraw my husbands business accounts.

I have still not received a response from this team member that stated on the phone to me “soon” and further, I attached photos of the groceries where it shows 1-2 items per bag, which is an absolute disgrace.

Click and Collect is not an overly laborious task however, it does require attention to detail, basic customer service and not expecting customers to “just come back” or “come back tomorrow” as if we don’t have jobs of our own when we have paid for a service.

I had tried to call the Coles customer service number where I was on hold for over 15 minutes, tried to call the Click and Collect number again and nothing. I have paid for goods and services, have had an item withheld and this is not good enough.

This was my go to Coles now is to far for us but definitely a good option very clear the staff is amazing

Easy supermarket to get around.
Most important, I found my coffee that hasn't been in the opposition supermarket for many months. New way of life for us all.

Customer service by Darren and Margaret in the meat department was first class. My Coles online order was completely messed up, at a time I really don't need any angst, as I am preparing to go into hospital. I rang Coles Chadstone and my problem was resolved by Darren, with Margaret helping out in his absence. Cannot thank these two lovely people enough.

Love chadstone coles the best international range in the area. Fruit is coles fresh, meat is standard fair, not a flagship store but a good store.

Another customer at the checkout did 3 transactions while there were 6 other people waiting to pay

Same as any Coles. Near outside door so you don't have to walk through the whole shopping centre togrt your groceries. Pleasant staff

Popped in to get some bread. There's a sign they can slice the bread. Waited for nearly 10 minutes for someone to attend, then I asked one of the store person if he can help. He said he only cut bread a few times and not comfortable with the machine. Fair enough. After a bit of persuasion he decided to go and ask someone to come. Another 5 minutes past without anybody turning up. I left the shop and bought my bread at Bakers Delight. Should've go there first.

Placed a click and collect order at Chadstone to find approx 12 items not available with no substitute given. I went in to see for myself whether there had been a mistake and managed to find out of the items in the shelf. I spoke with the manager at the time as i was frustrated, yet it fell on deaf ears as he didnt seem to care. Dont bother, too many out of stocks.
