A convenient supermarket located near Flinders Street Railway Station on Elizabeth Street.

Found immediately what I was looking for. Security gentleman at the front could have been happier as he is the first entity you see when you go in the store. Just saying!

Convenient and good for small things, but layout makes is annoying to find things and wrap up the transaction quickly. Consistently busy either way.

I think I enjoy visiting this place, they are very cordial, friendly and the products are delicious, my strawberries are beautiful, aren't they?

This Coles is great, especially if catching Public Transport as Melbourne Central Stn is right next door to both Coles & Coles; Liquorland.

Good place to go for ingredients to make your own lunch+snacky stuff. Pick&Mix scale wasn't calibrated so disagreed with checkout scale and there was an annoying kerfuffle but got out unscathed. Calibrate your scales people.

Not much to say. The rating I have given is my reflection of the layout & availability of items. It gets a bit tight in there, especially in biscuit aisle.

Coles Central provides a good selection of the usual suspects, as well a number of amenities tailored towards city life. You’ll find a big selection of convenience and quick cook items just past the self serve, there is also a good selection of deli and bakery products, as well as a section for artisanal cheeses and cured meats.

Very little options. You would probably get a replacement of pretty much everything but don't have high hopes that you would get a choice.
Staff are very responsive but sometimes they may be busy restocking, not their fault as the store is really busy pretty much at all times.

Great range of products on shelves considering smaller size of store. Staff happily and easily accessible at any section of store for any thing you need to ask or need help with.

I cannot imagine the amount of stock that would get stolen from this place from the local homeless population and the security too lax to do anything about it.

Come in store here yesterday, I was asking where something was an a fellow by the name Jason, was so helpful and polite, helped me through the check out, he was very helpful! Coles needs more people like Jason working for them.why isn't this guy a manager already.ive been seeing Jason work here over the years and I feel he really needs to go up in the ranks.thank you again Jason for making my experience pleasant!

The store is clean, and the staff is friendly. This place is much nicer than my home. Definitely, I will come back here for another shop! I couldn't ask for more! Strongly recommended to all!

The food selection is limited in this premium location, but I love how they haven't completely gone for lunch and convenience foods like the city Woolworths stores have. You can do some grocery shopping on the way home from work or study and it's affordable as well as being in the perfect location near Flinders Street Station. It has security at night and it is necessary for the occasional people intoxicated and looking for a fight

Small selection as you might expect in a CBD location. Only shop here if you have no access to a proper sized supermarket

Nice selection of grocery items, the line is always long as expected with the amount of people in the city but it goes very quickly with staff directing people to the registers.

Outstanding staff with a welcoming smile. But missing quite some stuffs on shelves but 99 % much better than IMPOLITE Moonee ponds Coles.

I always come here to get my coffee instead of waiting at 7-11 and then buy any quick food iImag need for the day. Don't get the groceries as they are more expensive as expected. But for any quick needs this coles is best in the area.

Coles. Easy to navigate. You can easily find what you want if not there's always helpful staff. Easy checkout with minimal waiting. My go to daily shopping place.

It's as you'd expect, pretty packed at most times with narrow aisles. The plague of errors with self checkouts take a long time to get cleared as staff are hustling around keeping the operation running relatively smoothly.
