Coles Box Hill

Already relocated. It is now a clothing and food specialty store. Food is extremely cheap.

Very bad customer service. There is no one to help you and when you ask for help they say staff went home and they are available in the morning but they don't think that in the morning people are working and need to go shopping at the evening. If you don't have enough staff for the evening please close the Colse at 5 pm, why you are open untill 10 pm when you cannot provide service.

The favourite part of my son's trip to the shops was getting a piece of fruit while mum and dad shopped. This week when we came to the Box Hill Coles, the fruits for kids were gone. When we asked, staff said they no longer provide fruits for kids. It was very disappointing, on top of raking in huge profits (record profit yet again this year I read in the news) they are taking the fruits away from kids. So good luck making the additional 50c from depriving kids of their fruits!

Im working with Doordash doing deliveries, and this is the ONLY Coles where I had to pay parking to use Click & Collect from Coles, is amazing that they force you to pay even if you stop by 5 minutes. Not happy, I warn all the others Dasher out there, if you get an order of Click & Collect on this Coles in specific, don’t take the order, is only worthy if there’s promotion time on doordash.

Individual clerk service attitude is super bad! His attitude was still superior, he didn't look at us directly, and left in the middle of talking. If we don't give help to the questions we raise, there is still a lot of room for improvement in business ability. But the manager's attitude is very good, and a very young girl helped us solve the problem in the end.

I came to Coles to buy ice cubes, but I couldn’t find them. I asked three salespersons, and one told me that only Liouorland had them, but they didn’t have them in the store, but they were closed. Two other people said it was in the freezer on row 12, in fact I looked three times and it wasn't there, can anyone find it from the photo? I don't understand why a big supermarket doesn't even have the most basic ice cubes? ! Too incomprehensible

I'm a regular here. Fantastic store with tons of variety, but there's one huge catch that pushes me to Woolies just nearby. There are consistently excessively paranoid security guards that target and follow unconventional looking people (happened to myself and multiple of my friend). They are so blatant about following you throughout the store it's unbelievable, so uncomfortable.

Old Big W is gone, replaced by this Coles. It is pretty spacious, organized and clean. Much better than many other stores inside the centre. The prices are lower than some other Coles stores for specific ranges.

The checkout process could have been smoother—annoying part.

Good size store, with a complete range of products. Large Asian pantry section with an extended range of products. Store also includes a scoop and weigh section.

Relaxed old Big W, way better organised store in Boxhill area.
Plenty product range, lots in special.

Asian don't go Coles Box Hill.
Don't know why they hire racists.
Although they are Indian and Chinese.
Worst Coles in the world.

I can do all my shopping from here.
They serve all variety of products.

This Coles is alright. Not very big but most of the items I need are here. Staff are friendly too so that's a plus.

It has all you expect at any Coles. The one thing that makes me hesitant to go there is that I have to pay for my parking each time and that's not the case elsewhere, when a purchase is made.

Big store friendly staff but BM (Musa) was way much rude, but new BM I think Sophie so kind helpful and efficient, good work Coles Box hill.

Seemed low on stock on shelves at times but good variety. Crew of staffs are mostly helpful just politely ask them

The place is excellent, but one of the staff almost cause me an accident as he was in a rush moving a big trolley without considering that he wasn't alone and there are customers around.

There is sooo much more Asian stuff in this Coles compared to Oakleigh area.
It's almost like China Town and Coles had a baby and created this shopping experience OF SUPER MEGA AWESOME SPLENDIDNESS!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely disappointing and un-Australian to see the manager complicit in permitting multiple families to purchase boxes of baby formula. The manager made multiple transactions for the families and at least 3 families left with one trolley full of baby formula each. Management should investigate this because this leaves a bad image on the brand and goes against their own rules.
