Coles Birallee Park reviews
22Haven't shopped here in a long time, and this visit drove home why. Out of date and overpriced meat, most if not all products 50c more expensive than Central Plaza. Coles is bad for your budget, great for their bottom line.
Always excellent service but especially brilliant today. As I was at the self serve I saw the staff go above and beyond to help someone who had fallen over. Professional and courteous.
The staff are worth every dollar they earn.
Not enough staff on floor, wait time for service too long, dont have staff at the "service" counter just one person to operate cash register and "service" counter, clearly coles values profits over customer service
Again, definitely very good. Good range of smokes & tobacco, supermarket is excellent. The Birallee Centre is excellent!?
Good little shopping center. Everything you need from a butcher to bakers delight, coles is a decent size and it has shady parks
Not a lot of staff in this store on the floor to ask for help but plenty of stock and a relatively tidy store
I love this store it is small compared to other Coles stores even though it may not cover all the brand's that I like to buy. The staff are usually so friendly and can't help me enough. Except for today when I got to the checkout I always put my fruit last on the conveyor belt but today the women put the bananas at the bottom of the bag and I was not impressed so I told her to remove them from the bag and she cracked the proverbial you know what's with me I told her she should know better than to put them at the bottom of the bag and that I knew Coles taught their staff how to pack bags. So then she got really nasty. I got home and the cheese was missing so I went back went to the front counter and they got her to check her station and it wasn't there so the girl behind the jump said I'll just call the manager he was very accomadating and sent me to get more cheese also told me to bring bananas back if they were bruised.
Found what I was after. Open more checkouts ones with people on them. Me and many others do not want to use self serve.
Staff some are rude some very helpful after 10 years and don't help elderly even though Head a few times told here and in Melbourne.they smoke outside the dominoes when there's a locked safe secure spot. Smoking is hard to stop very hardest but hypnotism works. Amazing as so unhealthy it causes mouth cancer passively and if smoke only 100 cigs can cause aorta aneuryism They unpack and leave cardboard on ground. Just unprofessional as a slip for elderly is serious.so i suggest to use online or maybe complain or go go elsewhere
Don't always stock what I need. Today it was green capsicum. Pretty standard item. I find this a regular issue at Coles Birallee.
Coles biralee is a handy because it’s the closest option in west wodonga. My main criticism is that the store is not as well stocked as other coles supermarkets. There is option sections of empty shelves. The staff that work here are nice and do a great job.
People shopping with no masks on & weren't asked to leave. Made those of us who were following the Health Orders very insecure.
COVD 19 at front of store, nobody is there to police customers entering store, I seen many customers just walk straight into your store without signing in.
Has everything you need. Far cheaper than others in West Wodonga. Staff are friendly in general and good knowledge of store layout and where to find items.
I would like to thank a gentleman called Royce - he works in the self-serve checkout section of Birallee Coles in Wodonga - who saw that I was in trouble and immediately came to my aid. I was carryimg a very heavy basket and struggling with my walking stick, my heavy handbag and this basket and was about to pass out. He made me stop, went to fetch a trolley, guided me over to the ckeckout machine, helped me with my purchases and finally assisted me on leaving the store. I really don't know how I would have managed without his friendly help. I would say he is a keeper!
Perfect size for a quick shop. Better value for money than other competitors on basic items. Was a bit shocked when the person packing groceries asked if I wanted everything in one bag or spread over 2 as I don't think cleaning chemicals should be in the same bag as fresh grocery items. Perhaps this staff member was a new employee though.
The self serve checkouts are supposed to be open at 9 but they never are. After dropping my kids off at school I usually stop in to pick up a couple of items and have to wait ages in lines because the self serve checkouts are still closed. Irritating.
Things are starting to look somewhat organised in the carpark the building work seems to be getting finished its a little more welcoming now
Worst coles in the country! The check-out lady wasn't able to do her job and not experienced enough to scan a flyby card.
Very friendly team member, management need to look at their wage budgets for team member so there is more than one register open.
