Coles Bendigo reviews
55Great store, usually have all the Australian products we want, just have to dodge the bludgers and loonies hanging around in Lyttleton Terrace.
Coles Bendigo in town. What an absolute disgrace.
Needed to go into the cbd to another shop and thought I’d do the weekly shop here while I was there.
Only one checkout was manned but it was 12 items or less, with a huge line. I had to put a big family weekly shop through the silly self serve check out while trying to nurse a sick and crying 1.5yo.
Shame on you coles. Stop being tight and open manned registers. While there I noticed some older folk struggling with the same self serve check outs too.
I’ll be going to Woolies for now on.
Today there were only self checkouts available at this store.
I was tempted to leave the shop but needed my items, therefore was forced to put everything through myself.
Nil discount for doing so.
Staff were helpful, calm and friendly,
Commiserating with me of how it is wrong but unable to change matters.
I am 80 and able-bodied to do this, but close by was a mum with 2 tiny ones whoIt is a sign of decreased service now struggling to complete the task.
Loved Coles but all self service checkouts now in Bendigo store.no thanks.prices have gone up and ive got to do all the work now.wheres the staff gone.who decides what my costly roma tomatoes gets put through checkout on cheap tomato price.lucky im honest and know cameras are watching.not good enough Coles.all products are size dropping size but increasing in prices.youve lost me now! Goodbye! Utterly greedy disgracefulness! The only register with staff on it was for 12 items or less.ill go to her/him now if i ever need to go to Coles again.very angry long long term customer gone!
Only 1 register serving customers. All other registers were self service. Soon we will be unloading the trucks.
Used to shop here all the time. That was 20 years ago. First time in ages and the entry) exits need to be signed better for those not familiar. Good range though.
L went to pick up groceries from pick up, called and waited 20 min, no groceries, went to counter asked for someone to call me, still no response 2 weeks later only that groceries were collected.not by me.new update its 10 weeks no reply.looks like l will have a lifetime supply of razors
I love my Bendigo Coles and the staff are fantastic were getting more stock on shelves it's lòóking great again shop locally and keep our jobs yep we're back to normal
Good inside. Needs a clean & tidy up outside. Big store
Girls at Deli department Need A GOOD Wake Up Call.
Rude Rushed Service. And Not Even busy, just want to get rid of you so they can continue to talk.
Poor hygiene when packing food.
When you get it to the checkout already unwrapped
Either Educate Them Better Or Find Someone Else to do the JOB BETTER.
I love this Coles. It's pretty much an ordinary Coles but it's got that country town vibe
Was able to get what I wanted and got out fairly quickly, wasn't to sure about the check out person, but it's ok, in general Coles wasn't to bad to shop in today
Well laid out, clean store, good range and plenty of parking. Also right in the CBD so is very convenient. The fruit and vegetables are always very good.
Close to public transport.
Great service.
Public parking.
Helps of bargains.
Only 1 register open and everything else self serve. Coles if you want customers to scan their own groceries and pack them themselves, you need to lower your prices to be competitive with Aldi. At least if I go to Aldi and I pack my own groceries, they are still scanned by staff.
Only 2 checkout open 1 for 12 items and less. Was told staff of sick and no one want to work at this store.
Every time we order food from Coles dropoff we only get half the things we pay for, my family has just contracted covid and this is our only source of food, how am I going to make pasta without the PASTA.
Great store, but hate the new addition of trolley checkouts, a desecated area for doing the work of wonderful staff who would normally serve and pack your groceries. Cutting jobs not good, sorry.
Good store. Great staff. One of the staff there stands out more than the rest. She is a lovely older lady. Her name is Liz. She is a absolute champion. She's always on the go, but she always assists me at the checkout. Being disabled, that really helps me a lot. She is one of the reasons why I do my weekly shopping at that Coles.
Unbelievable. I prefer Coles at the worst of times. However, today I was flabbergasted. Meat was not affordable. Even an 8 pack of sausages went up $1 since my last shop. Ribs at least a 3rd more expensive. Silverside, roast pork, anything for a Sunday Roast was out of my weekly budget. I ended up with a small chook for $6.67, barely big enough to feed 3! Shame on you Coles, wholesale prices may have risen, but not enough to justify your price hikes!
I always go to this Coles in town cause it's easy to get to, they're COVID safe and the staff are still friendly and helpful.
