Friendly staff, but don't like the 2 for $ or 3 for $, it's hard enough $ without that con.

Very unhappy with Cole’s Sale blocking off access to the parking on one side of the shop at night with no warning. Despite barriers in place to safely allow it and asking to go to our car and restaurant we were refused.

We had to go out the opposite side of the shopping center, walk down a lane in the dark and around to the other side. I tripped on rough ground. Bruised my knees and broke the milk which went all over me and through my handbag so am likely to have a sour milk smell to remind me of your poor customer service.

The rude and nasty Thing that puts the bread out in the mornings needs to start earlier! There is next to no bread on the shelves at 6am. Apart from that, excellent.

Very hard to rate half a Coles and half empty shelves, all water shelves completely empty like most other, not worth the effort playing hide and seek for missing grocery items.

It might be a fairly small Coles supermarket but the staff there are always very helpful and friendly. Been a few times now and always exceptionally friendly till staff. A fresh change. Thank you.

I found the store today Wednesday about 1pm ish, to be an uninviting place, most shelves empty, untidy, empty boxes left in shelves, prices missing off the shelving.overall disappointing and won't go back there.

Majority of the time coles have no stock. Have also recently been informed by a staff member that coles will now be closing every night at 9.

An older style shop but remains pleasant place to shop. It has a limited range but good array of quality fruit and vegetables! Pleasant place to shop

This store has become a nightmare to pay for your items never have many registers operating a while back I abandoned my shopping and went elsewhere Friday was terrible people waiting glad I wasn't buying ice cream and offen have poor stock levels might need new management

Was over charged once again. When I got home, checked my docket and had been charged twice for one item. When I returned to store to receive refund, was just given refund after waiting 10 minutes and no apology given at all. Very dissatisfied with customer service

A bit dissapointed with this store. Overall appearance, fresh produce, bakery, meat section.none of it inspired me to buy. It was a bit grimey to be brutally honest.

I have been to this store a few times and you can not get any assistance at the front/customer service counter have walked away a few times now without being served the staff member will look directly at you then ignore you no I will be with you in a moment nothing at all will no longer bother with this store they need to realise woolworths is just around the corner from now on I will go there at least I get served there deplorable customer service Coles you need to lift your game will give zero stars if I could

They never opened up when they said they will open up a 6am on a Saturday when I most needed it. And they're still fussy on their closing time.

Our local Coles is not bad - the staff are very nice
But the layout is awful, and the aisle signs never seem to be up to date which can make quick shopping a problem.
I prefer not to use the self checkout if possible as I like to support their employment of extra people

I don't shop at this Coles very often.mainly because I find the store layout and aisles very confusing. It's very difficult to find what you're looking for in the store without referring to the store guides at the end of the aisle (if they're actually there). I think this store desperate needs an upgrade and a revamp to make it easier for customers to navigate and find items they need more easily.

Young man Callum helped put the shopping in my trolly he didn't have to but it was the thought that counts
