Coles

Whilst in Coles I found a lot of raspberries with mold on them. Being a decent person I thought I should report it. I went to Customer Service and spoke to the supervisor and she told meshe was busy and to go and find the fresh produce manager. I was reporting this to the customer service. I am the customer. It was not my place to go running around the store looking for department managers. I feel this treatment is totally unacceptable and Coles need to discipline this lazy person who couldn't be bothered to do her job.

To few check out staff trying to force you to you use there self service garbage for profits before service and now cut down the deli time by 2 hours to buy there prepacked food, having less staff and improving there profits. Charging more for less service.
Should be coles new jingle.

Store is great.
Staff are lovely.
Always lots of registers open.so no long waits at the registers or the Deli
The MAJOR downside to shopping here
and I've already put in FEEDBACK and nothing has been done, is it they have locks on their trolley wheels which prevent you from leaving the back car park.
So if you are parked in Post Office Place, especially on the other side of the street from the plaza with a trolley full of groceries, that is bags of that need to be carried.the trolley wheels lock and you left stranded looking at your car working out how to carry all your groceries.
And I shop fortnightly.
I had to call my husband in tears one day to come help me.
The range needs to be extended.

I enjoy shopping at Coles. Being in traralgon plaza you can do a lot of different things and get what you need. Lots of bargains there too.

Love Coles, wish they did home delivery to my town though. This Coles in particular is set up pretty good and staff have always been friendly

Can a manager please inform the staff at the cash registers or staff in general where the defibrillator is
also staff look miserable and always have a sour look on their faces

Bought strawberries, cut them open there is no juice they are hard and tasteless, I grew up on a strawberry farm I know what a strawberry tastes like, these are indeed a lame excuse for fresh, been cool stored since I don’t know when. No such thing as fresh.

Very busy today but was still able to get all that I required,

Friendly staff and great service. Just one thing missing i.e. Wholemeal flat breads, it would be great if they start making those in this coles as well.

20 March 2021 went in for a few items and wanted to get cash out, not used the service before, the lady at the self service check-out showed me how to do it and was very polite and helpful. Thank you.
More than 5 years ago. Friendly staff, Fairly well presented store (freezer section sometimes a bit chaotic) bright, cheerful, fairly quick checkouts.plus flybys, and cheaper fuel.

Wide range of goods, fresh produce, always able to get what I came for at a good price. Friendly service.

Clean, service was just ok from a young lady, seemed like she wanted to be somewhere else (like the rest of us).
Otherwise a good experience.

Really good customer service and they have normal registers open plus service desk and self check out. Great variety across all items.

I bought a coke at self servive i come back in to coles walking directely past express lane attendents i am hobbling struggling to walk standing at the security scanners with my prepurchased coke and the milk and tp i just grabbed and while those two being scanned without any alarms or beeps i start to get accused of being a thief. 。。。
this is not on, i shop here alot there was no alarm！ and her accusational tone is unbecoming.hire a security gaurd if you want to treat people like thieves

No toilet paper for god sake. Please restrict purchasing to 1 packet per customer this should give everyone a chance to get some. Totally ridiculous. Not your fault now that this has occurred hopefully your stores will have more control

Wide aisles, friendly and helpful staff. Store was very clean and there was a variety of products.
