Coles

Dropped a star. Bought dinner pate which went mouldy within a week and days before the user by. While in the fridge.

I don't normally leave negative feedback but feel I need to. Shopping in your store this morning i was served by the most unfriendliest staff member (without mentioning her name it started with P and ended in A). She did not greet me or thank me. Upon leaving (I said in a friendly tone) it would be nice if you were a bit more cheerful. Her only response was the nodding of her head. I am not wanting a full on conversation with staff but to come across so rude at 8.15 am (hardly any customers in the shop) is really off putting. I will avoid going through her register if I go in again.

Service was good & have self service for small item not trolley full, experience was good. Recommended this shop to others to use.

Very well kept and managed! I did work expirience here for 5 weeks and it was a hoot of a time!

The layout is really good and clean. It's mostly got everything I shop for. The carpark is a complete disaster but it's my local so whatever. Don't go late on a weekend, it will be Barron in the fresh produce section.

Everyone is so nice and respectful.
Was a nice shopping experience. Many at work restocking shelves.

Good moderately sized shopping centre which has an Aldi and Reject shop. An excellent green grocer with international produce, great fruit and veg at a good price.

Overall experience good shopping there here since 5 years no problem but today one of the lady at self checkout named REENE was bit racist smiling at everyone except the second class citizens.management to take action against her.

Great store just like all the coles stores people are friendly, parking can sometime be a problem people park there to go into the city. Another lock down, people gone mad

Not very impressed by Coles security guards and there bad attitudes.

Was wrong about the staff, they are amazing 4 doing my shopping as I'm banned from entering the store. Thanks to there loyal security guard Ace, if I had a shop I won want u to be my security guard

Staff friendly & helpful & helped me find a couple of products. Means alot to mid aged person with impaired vision. Well done & thankyou

Although this Coles is nearby and convenient, the staff are terribly rude. I understand customer service is hard, I currently work part time and it’s easy to feel upset when a customer verbally abused you but it’s no excuse to be aggressive to other customers who have done nothing wrong to you. My mother was mistreated terribly and came home absolutely disappointed at how judgmental and rude the lady was. She said “Only two bottles why are you taking more? It’s only 5 days lockdown” and my mum, being polite said “I work all week, and have been shopping at coles for almost 30 years, do you think I have time to constantly come up and down to buy my products? You could just tell me politely and not assume I’m trying to be greedy. Try be more polite when informing customers any changes and limits” Absolutely disappointed in you, whoever thinks it’s okay to lash out at innocent customers

Bad service, only 1 register open, was 5 customers in line, waited 15 mins, then cause one of the staff members was friends with one of the customers lined up, she opens another register and serves her, even though there was 3 people in front of her in the line, then after she serves her friend, she closes her register, while other customers still waiting, waited all up 25 mins in line to go through a register, meanwhile wandering around doing nothing, that could be on another register. If I could give no stars i would.

Not at Cole's. This is in Corner Bakery Café with all the choices they have we could have wish that there is a single VEGAN product selling. Cakes are fantastic though

Well plannned, well spaced shopping centre with both coles and aldi. Great for weekly grocery shopping. There's always parking available.

It's a shame to see 2 senior staff members not wearing masks properly the lady at auto check out and also one store manager who packs shelled didnt have his face covered just his chin
and to verbally abused 2 customers one who was obviously either a doctor or a nursing staff member
it these ppl who are responsible to keep the standards up when rest of staff were folling rules properly
so dissapointing might have to change store's to the one in reservoir sadly a bit futher away but fed up with seening these 2 senior staff treat covid with contempt

Very helpful staff when asked for some assistance finding which aisle I can find some canned food stuff. Overall, it was a good experience doing groceries here. I normally do my shopping elsewhere but wouldn't mind coming back every once in while. I would definitely recommend Coles Reservoir to my friends.

It's not the best stocked Coles around. Also they don't have flat bread in the bakery section, that's disappointing.
