Fantastic variety of ice cream and toppings, staff was welcoming and ice cream was delicious. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place more!

What’s the point in having opening hours if staff just turn up whenever.it’s 15 minutes past there opening time and no one is here.

Really poor customer service. Wasn't greeted by either staff member, both looked like they would rather be anywhere else. Not a word was said in the 10 minutes we were there. It felt like a hostage situation and very uncomfortable visit.

The customer service needs to improve. Just because your busy the staff should not eye roll at orders

I ordered a cake over the phone for my sons birthday, Maree was fantastic and so accomodating! Plus the cake tasting delicious was a bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Honestly one of the worst ice cream places ever, took my boys out for a nice sunny day and no joke as soon as you walk in the smell my lord like as if a elephant let it rip inside cant even breath and ice cream so mouldy yuck never again

I’ve cream is nice, however the waffles are horrible. Do not order the waffles, the worst waffles I have ever had, I could only take one bite. They are sour, have zero flavour and taste like baking soda

I ordered a loaded shake and the person working there literally blended it for 5 seconds and when i got half way through the drink it was all just chunkey ice cream

I honestly thought the one staff member that was there on sat was dead.if I was the boss I'd be shocked there was zero conversation zero customer service we would of spend more money with mix ins but the whole vibe was almost eye roll.

This place has great mix ins. It is also very clean and staff is always cheerful. No combinations are too crazy for them to help us with.

Love the concept but the friendliness of the staff fluctuates too much; at times you've fabulous staff and at times ones who don't seem to care. Overall the hygiene level could also improve.

Horrible ice cream and way overpriced, served by clueless teenage staff. Will never go back, even if it is the only ice cream shop in the area. I’d rather go without

Ordered via uber eats. It can't be hard to make a banana split but surprise no banana. Called and they did not care just saying to go online and request a refund. Very disappointed will not go there again

You can't do Christmas without a Cold Rock Christmas Pudding Icecream Cake! It is now a tradition for our family and Bundoora have never let us down! Amazing customer service!

Customer service at its worst, Extremely rude staff and management. They need training on customer service skill. I will never step foot in Cold Rock again because of the rudeness

Very poor customer service. I left my card at home and had to pay cash i was looked at like I was a diseased person. I understand the times we are in card is best but I had no other option. They also could not get a simple order of chocolate and m and ms right. Also limit of 10 in store when I arrived there was atleast 15 people. Also customers not wearing masks properly it is your staff responsibility to make sure all covid rules are adhered to. Very disappointed

Just went to store, says open but door locked and people eating inside? No staff to come to the door? Very bad customer service 0/10

Very fast, extremely patient as my daughter could not make up her mind fast enough and very helpful. Customer service on point!
