Most amazing ice cream with equally amazing customer service. I had the cheesecake and sticky date flavours mixed with M'n'M minis. Great tasting flavours

I cannot beleive how can i spend that much money there for an ice cream but the family loving it

Staff were polite and friendly when taking your order. A nice variety of ice cream flavours and add in to your ice cream. Pricing is reaosnable, however store is a little dirty with sticky tables and not the greatest lighting outside when sitting out to eat your ice cream.

This is by far the best Cold Rock to visit, it's big and the girls provide great service with a big smile and friendly.

Just went there, 6: 30pm on Saturday 25/9 and the three girls on were great. Very efficient and nice. Good to see good service from some young people.

Last 2 girls that closed up are not very friendly. I asked for two flavours and she only gave me one with a very tiny scoop of ice cream. I only realised once I got back to the car

Amazing ice cream and so many flavours to choose from, but it's a bit pricey. Recommend for sure but not as a go to always due to high pricing

Excellent customer service, particularly when the Uber eats driver collects your order from store then cancels your order enroute. Very tasty Ice cream.

Love coming here with my son (More than he does I think!). Staff are always friendly and patient. Store is always very clean and tidy.

A really nice delicious ice cream with many varieties and add ons. Nice staff and good location, seating outside available. Clean and tidy. There is a lot of ice cream flavours to choose from, and they do shakes as well, but haven't tried that one yet. They can mix more than one flavour.
Would definitely recommend, and you won't regret.

Home made ice-cream at it's best and u can choose from many flavours it's worth the visit and you'll be back for more.:)

Been there a few times on Saturday night and Luke who served me was friendly, super duper fast and remembered my order! Ice cream is delicious too.

Being going there since being open 2008 and the boss and staff always polite and know what ice cream I'm going to have and always like to have a talk and always busy there

Tony at Cranbourne Cold Rock went above and beyond to make sure my boys 18th and 21st cakes were there for pickup, after I made a mistake whilst ordering. Cakes were picked up, I was helped to carry them to the car by a lovely lady, who wished me and my boys a great night. Fully recommend Cold Rock Cranbourne for any special cake. They were delicious. Thanks again Tony, we will be back for sure:)

We great tasting ice creams. Great for a family treat. What was different is they can blend ice creams as per your fancy.

Good, friendly service, tasty ice cream with plenty of options to make it how you like it. Parking is relatively easy to get close by most of the time.

Kind staff and yummy ice cream and toppings, but pricey but that’s any cold rock store you go to

They take card only, everywhere else takes cash, cards have been proven to have more bacteria than notes, cash is still legal tender, the chamist next door takes cash, the cheese cake shop takes cash, Aldi takes cash, may be the only shop in Cranbourne that dose not take cash, cash is still legal tender, very backwards.
