Cold Rock Bendigo

Unfortunately not a great experience. Entered with 3 staff members behind the counter, one serving a group, one wipeing the bench and one cleaning a mixer. After the group was finished being served I asked the only other customer if she was next which she advised she was but was not being served and was going to leave. We waited a further 4 minutes,
approximately 10min all up with no one being served and decided to leave. Staff appeared to be disinterested

I’d put in I wanted a different mix in (wasn’t an option on DoorDash to select) cos pregnancy cravings were hitting hard and they definitely delivered

Lovely ice cream, I think their macademia ice cream tasted like vanilla ice cream with some nuts folded through

Standing out the front waiting 2 mins of 12 with a 2 year old, you would think the girls standing at the counter could open the door, but no just ignored us

Service Attendant That Wrote This Made My Night, CHEERS.

Woman serving had a terrible attitude, tall with dirty blonde hair, and was charged $28 for 2 thick shakes. Displayed at $9.90 for a regular size, but because of mix ins, one singular oreo and one singular tim tam, was charged a lot more. Was not notified that the mix ins cost extra nor was it displayed for the shakes.

7th March, 6: 30pm.

I am really disappointed with Coldrock Bendigo. They are registered with multiple delivery services, yet I have had my orders declined 3 times now! I have ordered within the opening hours and decided to call to see what had happened. When I called, two of the times the staff member was so rude and said ‘we are busy so not doing your order’ and the second time ‘we don’t want to do the online orders tonight so are turning it off’. I mentioned that I had already been charged as the order was accepted and was told to sort it out with the delivery company. They are so rude and have absolutely no customer service skills! They are losing business by doing this and I have to wait upto 5 days for my refund.

Maggie was an ABSOLUTE champ today sorting out the after school term rush BY HERSELF! She was the only staff member in on practically the busiest day of the term. She did it all with a huge smile on her face and the best personality. The fact that she was rostered on solo was absolutely shocking. Who ever was responsible for that has got rocks in their head. You’re lucky to have Maggie and I hope you show her that appreciation. She was a star and made the 25 minute wait worth it.

The service was wonderful by a very overworked young lady. Why on earth was there only one person working when the place wss full of people, 7 people left before they could be served, young kids were distressed because of the wait. Surely management knew it would be busy because of the early school finish. Not good enough to treat staff like that.

Yikes! The price killed me! So expensive. I suggest if you want to treat yourself and kids to get the kid size they do fit a lot into the small kids cup. $5.50 per kid cup plus $1 per add on can get expensive

Great ice cream and customer service. Served by a lovely young lassie with red and black hair and very nice eyebrows. She was an absolute sweetheart who my deaf granddaughter just adored. The only problem with this restaurant is finding a park!

Bad service, an employee that has red and black hair was so rude to us. I would not recommend to go there.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The icecream was delicious and there are plenty of flavours and combos to suit everyone. The only criticism I have is the disgusting wood spoons. I understand everyone is pushing for sustainability but they made my icecream taste like wood. Even if there was an extra cost for a proper spoon it would be better.

I have never had anything better in my life, StAMP THAT SENTANCE. I have Goosebumps from how great it was Haha. But seriously, the staff are so nice I BARELY have the same experience with Wendy's like if your craving Ice Cream never look away from that joint in Bendigo on the Main Street Props to the workers there for making it for me the best first time Experience. I am defenetly going there again and for a Large it's less than 10 Bucks without Mix-Ins which is INSANE.

If you like love or crave seriously great icecream you will be having a hard time beating the fantastic flavours Cold Rock offer

After years of living in Bendigo, eating ice creams from Coles and Woolworths. I visited Cold Rock Ice for the first I was like "am I dreaming" delicious ice creams.
Highly recommended definitely try it.

The young lady who served us at around 3: 15pm on 19 Jun 2021 was fantastic and a credit to your business. Will sure visit again if we visit Bendigo again. Keep it up.

Don’t go here unless you want to waste money.was given the wrong flavour which was obvious by the colour of the ice cream but stuff refused to believe me and didn’t even know if they could give me the correct flavour or refund it.waste of $10 and staff don’t know what they’re doing.

I visit this place every time that I'm in Bendigo. They are generous with the mix-ins, much better than other other Cold Rock shops. The icecream is the perfect consistency. The staff enforce COVID-19 controls with a great vigour and enthusiasm rarely seen elsewhere. If there's a third wave of COVID-19 in Victoria, it's not going to start at Cold Rock Bendigo!
