Colac Pharmacy

A fabulous pharmacy who took care of my needs when I was away from home, which includes quite rare medications, and treated me like I was a regular local customer. I was able to lodge my prescriptions with them online, saving me from travelling over 100ks, and made sure that my hard to find medicines were ready to pick up on the exact day they were needed.
I can't say enough good about this wonderful pharmacy. The staff and pharmacists were kind and completely understanding of my situation. I felt at home from the moment I walked in.

Waited 15 minutes for a script, told the staff I was waiting for the script, looked around the store, finally went to the counter to ask about it, was on the shelf. Was told they called it out twice, but mustn’t of been loud enough. At this point I was the only customer in the store with at least 5 staff, not one asked if I was being looked after. Terrible service.

Recently visited this chemist. My husband went in there. The pharmacist was very rude, spoke very loudly about he’s medication he had which you would think isn’t aloud due to patient confidentiality. Won’t be going back again. Pretty sure he was ripped off too. Thanks for nothing colac pharmacy.

I've been a customer ever since they opened a few years ago. Friendly staff and pharmacists. And even when they are busy, the wait for a script is never long. 10/10

I just visited this pharmacy and the pharmacist on duty refused to photocopy and certify my ID. I can’t say that this was great customer service and won’t be returning. Better off going somewhere else

Went in the other week getting my scripts saying gotta go get a few toiletries and as i was waiting for me scripts that's another great thing don't have to wait long.
Then it clicked toilet rolls rexona toothpaste oh yeah got a card as fathers day was coming up.
So i got the lot all in 1 spot.

Having left my reading glass in Melbourne, I was desperate! No one sells reading glass in Colac other than optometrist and pharmacy! They certainly know how to charge! $17.95 (after senior discount) for a pair of reading glass compared to $3-7.99 in Melbourne! At least I get to read papers now! Oh well, certainly teach me a lesson to be careful! The staff was very helpful on the positive note! Thank you girls!
