Colac Otway Caravan and Cabin Park

Exelent place to have one night stay after long Ocean road trip or even for longer period if you have plans in this region. Kitchen is equiped with everything and can be used in a no time. Personel even waited a few minutes for late arrival I appreciate that!

Amazing place to stay hosts were great and residents were friendly as well which was nice, dog friendly our puppies loved it.
Will definitely be going back.

Viola very friendly helpful, especially patient when i took the wrong exit and had trouble navigating out Well grassed un powered site with water. Paddock view where we were.

An excellent park in Colac this is.
Currently staying here for work, for 8-10 weeks & my cabin 13 is the perfect home away from home.
Beautiful looking from the outside & extremely modern inside.
It’s a real credit to the owners to have bought such high quality cabins.
Stainless steel fridge’s.
Massive TV’s.
Supreme beds.
High quality & large size bathrooms.
Luxury lounges.
A large cooking area / sink.
Finally this park is just out of town, so very peaceful & relaxing.

Awesome place. John n Kelly are very awesome n friendly. Caravan park overall is great. Clean. Cabins are great. Will stay there again for sure. Plus Colac is center to everything which is a plus.

This place is great! Room to move and just great.
Friendly and helpfull staff. Permanents are kind too. The site is equipped with laundry, toilets and showers, cooking and kitchen facilities.
The option of powered concrete or grass sites, and non powered grass sites are great too.
New cabons being built as i type, the kids playground is up to date. Chickens and the Pony 'Zelda'. Neighbouring Sheep and cows too.
The servo close by has everything and a quick feed.

Owners and staff were very helpful and kind. Facilities were immaculate during our 2 night camp. We were even allowed to collect eggs for our breakfast from their chooks. Family and pet friendly establishment.

Comfortable cabin with all amenities in room, very friendly staff and will be back to stay again.

Had a fantastic time here stayed in a cabin and it was wonderful the park is kid friendly. It's so neat and clean.nice and quite and only a 3 minute drive from colac a great place to stay I highly recommend it to anyone.the people that own the park are fantastic.very helpful

The receptionist is lovely, but the bossy host is rather unwelcoming and a bit discriminatory in this sensitive time. Terrible experience

Not being able to get home due to bushfires Vi the manager, was extremely generous offering us a powered site free of charge for however long we needed it.
We can not thank them enough.
Highly recommend this caravan park.

A lovely park, on arrival we were given 2 slices of yummy banana cake. Fresh eggs are freely available. Clean amenities. Great site, lovely views of the farms. The managers are lovely friendly people, the welcome you receive when you arrive is fantastic. Would definately stay here again. Would definitely recommend this park.

We stayed one night - phoned ahead. Delightful reception and taken to our site. Nice grassed site and lovely clean and tidy park. Amenities spotless. Friendly service from all staff.

This would have to be the best place ever to stay or live.i have lived in this park and its lovely.the owners craig and viola and her daughters are fabulous.they welcome you with opened arms.why would you stay anywhere else.try it for urself you wont be disappointed and i bet you will be back all the best marie nash looking forward in coming home in dec 2019 xx

Fantastic spot! Unique experience for the kids being able to feed the pony and chickens whilst leaving mum and dad to admire the view of the farming dairy paddocks. I'm traditionally a Big 4/Top Parks visitor, this RV park gets back to a core camping/RV experience with essential facilities, large powered (i had a 23ft caravan) and unpowered sites (most with camp fire pits), communal neat and well thought out firepits (wood supplied) and overall a beautifully kept park. Also, unlike the traditional "big tourist parks", without the jumping pillows and games rooms (there is a playground for the little people though), the lack of screaming kids was very much a welcome. Hospitality was second to none too! Thank you very much - will be back!

Over priced for what it is you have to keep pressing the button on at the door of the Amenities Block day and night to keep the light's on as they are on some stupid timer as they are too stubborn to leave at least one light on at night time for there Permanent Residents and Guest's so if someone slips on there wet floor's after having a shower in the dark to go and find a stupid timed light switch then you basically just stay there until you hope that help arrives they use a wood fired design to run there Hot Water Services in there Amenities Block to save some stupid costs on Electricity and Gas so you cop all the smoke from the wood fired fireplace when they open it to add more wood in it while your in the middle of having a shower and there is no farm animals except chickens there is no outdoor lighting in just about most of the caravan park and most of the caravan park is in complete darkness at night time so a high powered torch is highly recommended and there is stuff all Hot water pressure in the Amenities Block so you can't even have a decent hot shower had the tap running not even long and got full on yelled at by the boss lady saying (WE ARE ON PERMANENT WATER RESTRICTIONS YOU KNOW) with a real real Addatude problem when I took not even 3 minutes to brush my teeth and smoke is so so strong throughout the Caravan park day and night and there is no ever break from it and PS Boss lady your Addatude towards your paying Customers is disgusting and think you better smarten up your Addatude towards your paying customers and be more friendly and not a grouch or your business ain't gonna last very long if you keep continually treating your paying customers this way as they will just not come back to your caravan park nor new paying customers will not come ethier if you keep continually treating people this way smarten up your Addatude or maybe consider working in a job that Doe's not involve working with members of public if they are such a burden and pain in the backside for you did not enjoy this place and will not ever ever be back to this caravan park shame shame
